Een schitterend gelegen accommodatie in een prachtige parkachtige omgeving. Ligging is zeer centraal, in 15 min. ben je in Perugia en toch heb je geen last van de drukte rondom deze stad. Binnen 1 min. ben je op de snelweg om andere bestemmingen te bezoeken. Vlakij gelegen is een kleine supermarkt en op 10 min. een hele grote in een groot winkelcentrum. Het zwembad is ruim en gelegen in mooie tuin met terras en ligstoelen. Stafmedewerkers zijn zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam. Accommodatie is voorzien van airco, goed onderhouden en heel schoon, keuken is zeer klein en beperkt uitgerust, slaapkamer is gelegen op vide en daardoor erg warm in zomer omdat airco 's nachts uitgaat. Op aanvraag kan de instelling echter worden aangepast zodat deze toch aanblijft. Tevens internettoegang in appartementen (zelf netwerkkabel meenemen. Superplek, echte aanrader!!

Wij zijn het volledig eens met de familie Smetsers. Het is echt een heerlijke omgeving en de faciliteiten zijn uitstekend. De drie gebouwen (waar de in totaal 14 bungalows en appartementen zich in bevinden) zijn nieuw en voorzien van alle luxe (zoals een airco). De bouwstijl past bij het oude landhuis, de inrichting is sfeervol en de tuin wordt zeer goed bijgehouden. Het door ons geboekte huis had - zoals de meeste accommodaties - de beschikking over een privé-tuintje (grenzend aan het gemeenschappelijk park). Hoewel wij echt zeer tevreden zijn over ons verblijf (een 9+ kan het toch zeker krijgen), zijn er ook enkele minpunten. Zo beperkt de elektrische kookplaat in de kitchenette zich tot twee pitten, wat niet handig is voor mensen die graag uitgebreid koken. Verder ligt het complex niet ver van de snelweg (dat heeft zo zijn voordelen), maar als de vogels stil zijn, kun je die snelweg wel een beetje horen. Overigens hebben wij er geen last van gehad, maar voor een 'nul decibel'-vakantie zouden wij een andere accommodatie aanraden.

Jul 2006. Een prachtige locatie met zeer gastvrije mensen. De receptioniste heeft leuke tips voor jong en oud en zorgt meteen voor folders of informatie en routebeschrijving via internet. Je bent zo in Perugia (10 min. met de auto)en alle bezienswaardigheden van Umbria liggen in de buurt. Echt de moeite waard! p.s. de airco in de kamer was met de hitte zeer welkom.
