Description

This farmhouse with eight comfortable flats is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Città della Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The rustic atmosphere has been preserved in the restoration of the flats. The agriturismo produces and sells excellent olive oil, wine, pasta and honey.

The furnishings are rustic and cosy. The flat is on the second floor and here you will also find the large covered terrace with a wonderful view of Umbria and Tuscany! On the terrace you can really enjoy your holiday. There is a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi, surrounded by a large solarium with sun loungers and parasols for guests. The pool is illuminated and can therefore also be used in the evening. Oaks and cypresses grow in the garden.
A fitness room, sauna and both indoor and outdoor play area are available to guests.

This Etruscan region consists of a beautiful hilly landscape with excellent views and beautiful towns. In addition to enjoying the swimming pool and sauna on the farm, you can make pleasant trips to Città della Pieve, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.

Due to its location you can reach many Umbrian and Tuscan nice towns and cities in less than an hour drive including Perugia, Gubbio, Arezzo, Assisi, Panicale, Paciano, Pienza, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello and Todi. You can enjoy many different activities in and around our countryhouse, for example: ceramic school couse, cooking school course, trekking, biking, stables, hunting, fishing, sailing, golf, tennis, thermal baths, olive's harvest, visit of the etruscan museum, wineries, cheese factories, paraglider and more! Inside the apartment you will find a book with lots of information about the area, helping you to experience your stay.

Ondanks de corona-perikelen besloten om naar Italië te gaan, zeker gezien het feit dat Umbrië nauwelijks getroffen was/is door corona en Case Graziani een kleinschalige accommodatie is, leek het ons geen onaanvaardbaar risico! Zo blij dat we gegaan zijn, want het was fantastisch! Alles supernetjes en ruimte genoeg, ook bij het zwembad. Op meerdere plaatsen handzeep en bij het zwembad desinfectie materiaal om bedjes schoon te maken als je dat wilt; wordt sowieso iedere ochtend gedaan. Enige nadeel (maar went snel) is dat je overal een mondkapje op moet als je ergens naar binnen wilt en op drukke plekken waar je geen meter afstand kunt houden, maar die zijn wij niet tegengekomen, zelfs niet in Orvieto en Montepulciano, normaalgesproken populaire drukke toeristenplaatsen. Heerlijke omgeving ook om te mountainbiken/wielrennen!!

Heel vriendelijk onthaal, behulpzame mensen die vlot Engels en Frans spreken. Familiale sfeer. Omwille van boekingsproblemen van andere gasten kregen wij een groter appartement toegewezen. Mooi uitzicht en alles prima in orde!

Aankomst was prima. De accommodatie was goed verzorgd.. Het enige wat nog ontbrak was een bank om op te chillen in de woonkamer. Voor de rest was het perfect.

Bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen. Engels sprekende schoonzoon die bereid was alle hulp te bieden. Erg goed onderhouden, ruim appartement (bijna als nieuw !) met werkelijk prachtig uitzicht vanaf de twee balkons. Keuken is ook van alle gemakken voorzien. 2 badkamers. Lift aanwezig om gemakkelijk bagage naar appartement te brengen. Prima parkeerplek achter gesloten hek. Mooi zwembad. Biedt ook de mogelijkheid om met de trein (vanaf station Chuisi met gratis parkeren) uitstapjes te maken naar bijv. Florence (ca. 2 uur) of Rome. Eten mogelijk in dorpje moriano op loopafstand. Toeristische Info map beschikbaar in huisje.

Alles top , appartement in het hoofdgebouw . Na 1 week kregen we propere lakens en handdoeken?. De gemeenschappelijke bbq verliep zonder problemen . Het enige minpunt voor ons was wel dat de weg voor lawaai zorgde. Vele uitstappen gedaan , zelfs met de trein naar Rome geweest. Top vakantie met mooi uitzicht en een leuk zwembad .

De accomodatie is prachtig en overtrof onze verwachtingen qua omvang en staat van onderhoud. Alles is feitelijk in nieuwstaat en perfect onderhouden. De mensen zijn behulpzaam en vriendelijk. In de omgeving is veel te zien en te bezoeken. De stadjes en dorpjes zijn prachtig. Qua kosten is Italie hetzelfde niveau of goedkoper als Nederland, behalve brandstof voor zover wij konden bekijken. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader.
