Description

This farmhouse is an oasis of tranquility. The ancient farm is immersed in the nature of the Pisan hills and offers the opportunity to relax, take long walks, take a dip in the pool and visit many important cultural sites such as Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca. Even Florence can be easily visited in one day. The beach is about 30 minutes away.
Thanks to its simplicity and the space it offers, the house is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends. Pets are also welcome, the whole garden is fenced off.

Recently renovated, all rooms have new mattresses and air conditioning.

There is a brick barbecue, a large garden, a private swimming pool with cleaning system and a column for recharging electric cars.

On reservation and on payment: wine tasting, catering service breakfast and dinner, up to 15 electric bikes.
Possibility to rent a motor boat (up to 13 places).

Giovanni is an oasis of tranquility, the old farmhouse is surrounded by the hills of Pisa and offers the opportunity to relax, take long walks, to go swimming in the lovely pool and at the same time it is really close to many cultural sites like Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano and Lucca and even Florence can be easily visited in a days' time. At approximately 30 min drive from the beach it gives you the possibility to go for the day, stay for dinner and come back to your own "harbour of tranquility" Thanks to it's simplicity and space the house is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends " The private pool is open all year Catering service can be organized on request, we suggest to inform us about one month before your stay if you would like to use this service. De locatie en het huis waren ver boven onze verwachtingen. Prachtig verblijf voor ons, de kinderen en de kleinkinderen. Op voorhand gecontacteerd door de eigenaar om de aankomst zo goed mogelijk te organiseren, heel sympathieke en hulpvaardige mens. Spijtig genoeg werd ons verblijf een dag ingekort wegens staking bij Ryanair, zonde. Dit huis is echt een aanrader.

De villa was onmogelijk te vinden met het adres van Belvilla. Ook de gps herkende de locatie van het huis niet. Gelukkig stond de eigenaar via Whatsapp paraat en heeft ons de nodige instructies gegeven om er te geraken. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame man! Het huis was prachtig, authentiek en zeer groot. Ook het zwembad was groot en mooi, genoeg ligzetels. Prachtig uitzicht over de toscaanse heuvels.

Een geweldig huis! Gezellig, knus en toch ruim. Fijne grote veranda, ideaal voor buiten eten. Groot zwembad, met ligbedden. Goede locatie in een klein dorpje voor de dagelijkse boodschappen, grotere, supermarkt op 30 minuten rijden. Het enige nadeel is dat de onverharde toegangsweg erg veel gaten en geulen had, niet zo goed voor de auto.

Zeer prettige aankomst! Dag van te voren kregen we van de eigenaar een mail met de vraag hoe laat we aan wilden komen. Kregen ook zijn mobiele nummer erbij. We konden ruim voor de aangegeven tijd van 17.00 uur naar de villa komen. Erg prettig met kleine kinderen!

Het is een geweldige villa, met zeer veel ruimte, een prachtig zwembad, grote veranda en adembenemend uitzicht. Mooie kamers en badkamers, fijn dat er airco in de kamers boven is. Ruime keuken, eetkamer en zitkamer.

Schitterend huis in een geweldig mooie omgeving. We hebben met onze familie (13 pax en 2 kids) heerlijk genoten van 4 dagen Toscane. Het huis is even moeilijk te vinden dus bereid je thuis goed voor maar het is dan ook gelegen in een rustig, schitterend gebied. We hebben de eerste avond genoten van een catering diner, ideaal als je om 19h00 toch moe van de reis aankomt. We hebben gewandeld, gezwommen, de mannen formule 1 op zondag, een dagje Luca en vooral genoten van buiten ontbijten en BBQ s avonds. Je kan ook heerlijk binnen met z'n allen zitten, kortom een geweldige plek voor een lang familie weekend. ps we hadden echt mazzel met het weer, 28 graden dus het zwembad water was even doorbijten maar door de warme zon goed te doen!!

een fantastisch huis met alles er op en er aan! Echt bedoeld voor een grote familie zoals wij met 13 persoenmen waren. Veel privacy, doordat elke slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer had. Slaapkamers overigens geschikt voor 4 tot 6 personen. Prachtig zwembad. en een enorme vrije ligging midden in het Toscaanse landschap! Kortom een plaatje.
