Surrounded by the countryside with olive groves, this 1-bedroom farmhouse in Cortona is ideal for a family of 3 with children to stay. It features a shared swimming pool for refreshing yourselves and a private garden to enjoy the day.
The location is perfect to explore Tuscany. There are many trattorias, wineries and art towns in the neighbourhood. A short drive will take you to the lake to enjoy waters. The town centre lies 6 km away. Excellent restaurants and supermarket are at 1 km. Lake Trasimeno, a beautiful lake about 20 km away, holding scenic view where you can also enjoy kitesurfing, horseback riding, visit the islands by boat or you can simply go and enjoy an ice cream on the shores of the lake.
Relax in the furnished garden enjoying the surroundings over a glass of Tuscan wine. The open kitchen is spacious and modern and the living-dining room comes with TV. Kids have a playpen, children's bed and high chair to use during the stay.

Cortona is a beautiful city. Stroll through the narrow and steep streets and alleys. There are many historic buildings, including the Basilica di Santa Margherita, the Diocesan Museum, Etruscan museum and the Duomo. From Fortezza di Girifalco you have a beautiful view of the valley on a clear day. You can also do a wine tour and tasting. In Tuscany you can find very good wines.

Date of stay: April 2018 - May 2018Huis ligt aan andere straat dan opgegeven. Daardoor met navigatie niet vindbaar. Maar we kwamen er... La Loggia was zoals verwacht. Redelijk schoon, behalve de afzuigkap. Inrichting die bij huis past. Twee grote kamers, badkamer oké. Bed, gestut met pallet, was niet best. Zo stil mogelijk liggen. Matras was ook zeer aan vervanging toe. Desondanks redelijk goed geslapen. Omgeving geweldig Camucia is een leuk dorp, je wandelt er zo in, grote markt op donderdag. Cortona is geweldig. Via station Camucia gemakkelijk in Florence en Perugia te komen. Hele streek is geweldig landschappelijk en oude stadjes. Meer van Trasimeno nabij.

Date of stay: May 2015 - June 2015Het agriturismo ligt prachtig in het Toscaanse landschap. Mooi uitzicht op Cortona, dat op de berg ligt. Met het treinstation van Camucia op een loopafstand van circa 10 minuten is de omgeving prima te verkennen met de trein. In 20 minuten in Arezzo en een uurtje erbij dan ben je in Florence. Ook met de auto zijn uitstapjes prima te doen. Het zwembad bij de Belvilla is erg aangenaam. Het interieur van de Belvilla is eenvoudig, zo ook de inventaris van de keuken. Geen wijnglazen bijvoorbeeld in dit mooie wijnland. Een waterkoker mist, maar in een pannetje kan ook prima water gekookt worden. De eigenaren zijn erg hartelijk. Erg genoten van onze vakantie, mede door het prachtige weer en de prachtige locatie.

Date of stay: June 2011Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke vakantie. De agriturismo was erg mooi, met een heerlijk zwembad. De locatie was erg geschikt voor uitstapjes naar het nabijgelegen Cortona en op 45 min gelegen Sienna.
