On this property there are 3 renovated houses with 11 apartments. Each apartment has its own terrace with garden furniture. The houses are far apart and therefore there is a lot of privacy. Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house next to the beautiful main building. It can accommodate 7 persons.

The property is on the border between Umbria and Marche in the Candigliano valley, between the towns of Piobbico, Apecchio, Urbania and Sant'Angelo in Vado. You can easily visit Urbino, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. In addition, you can go mountain biking or hiking in the mountains.

Apartment Rosa Gialla is located in the rustic house 100 m from the pool. It has 2 separate bedrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. On arrival you will receive a bottle of wine. In summer, a free tasting is organized every week in the main house.

The property is reached via a dirt road of about 4 km.

Het ligt in een afgelegen (stoffige onverharde weg) maar wel prachtig gebied. We hebben in ons appartement veel problemen gehad met de warmwatervoorziening; overstromende toiletten door slechte riolering, WIFI en GSM bereik is te beperkt (zeker met tieners in het gezin).

Dit appartement is heel mooi gelegen in het groen met een schitterend uitzicht. Er is een ruim prive gedeelte. het is een mooie uitvalsbasis om allerlei stadjes te bekijken. De aanrij route kan je het beste doen via Piobbico, de Sp21 volgen en na Piano Linksaf slaan. Op deze manier heb je de kortste route over de onverharde weg.

We hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad. Je kan vanuit het landgoed prima sportieve en culturele uitstapjes maken. Helaas was de buitenruimte ook de doorgang naar het naastgelegen appartement, zodoende hadden we niet heel veel privacy.
