This 8-apartment property is ideally located at only 2 km from the city centre and at 800 metres above the lake level. It boasts a wonderful view on the surrounding landscape.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and features an independent entrance, as well as a terrace equipped with table and chairs that gives access to the garden. Guests can enjoy the recently built infinity pool, a large well-kept garden, a barbecue, two external showers, a laundry and parking spot.
Torri de Benaco and the nearby towns are well known for their wines and extra-virgin olive oil: during your stay you should definitely pay a visit to the cellars and the oil mills, where you can taste and buy the local produce. The accommodation is perfectly located if you intend to take a ferry or drive to the other towns on the lake. The area has lots to offer in terms of (water) sports: sailing, canoeing, water-skiing - but also hiking and mountain biking.
The accommodation owner organises various tours and excursions: to the surroundings of Lake Garda, Verona, Valpolicella, Venice, Cremona, Mantova, Milan, the Dolomites and much more.
A public gravel beach is 800 metres from the property. Restaurants, bars and shops can be found within 2 km.
Air-conditioning is upon request and has an additional cost of 10€ per day.
The street that goes up to the property is quite steep and is not served by public transportation.

Date of stay: August 2015Het omhoog rijden viel ons zwaar tegen. Het was heel steil. We reden namelijk met een Mercedes busje wat best nog al zwaar woog vergeleken normale auto's met moeite omhoog. De bochten waren zeer gevaarlijk en past maar net 1 auto op de weg. Het lijkt ons verstandig om er een afbeelding te plaatsen van de helling.

Date of stay: August 2014Moin! Die Lage war super! Klasse blick auf den see zu jeder Tages-und Nachtzeit! Der Pool war auch klasse! Negativ: die Innenausstattung ist stark veraltet! Da muss dringend nachgebessert werden! 1. Matratzen stark durchgelegen!! 2. Stromnetz bricht gerade in den Abendstunden ständig zusammen! Veraltet! Tip: den Ofen dringend erneuern! 3. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, super 4. zu wenig Geschirr, Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis(10€ pro Tag) Ich denke das ist schon ein klarer Hinweis! Von daher vergeben wir ( zwei Paare zwischen22-30 Jahren) die GesamtNote 2-3!!!

Date of stay: July 2013Mooie ligging, je hebt alleen echt een auto nodig, want lopend de berg op met 35 gr. is erg vemoeiend.(erg steile heuvel!) wel erg fijn en schoon zwembad. Schoonmaakkosten vond ik erg veel, als je zag hoe schoon vooral de badkamer was! Vol vieze schimmelplekken in de veel te kleine douche! en rest was ook niet goed schoon...

Date of stay: May 2013Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter und haben viel gefroren, Die Lage ist so schön das die Wohnung eine bessere Ausstattung verdient,denn das war der einzig aber deutliche Makel. Ein neues Sofa,eine K࿌henzeile und Betten die zu den Matratzen passen (wir haben sie mit Spanngurten fixiert!!!). Ein Stöpsel fürs Spülbecken, ein paar scharfe Messer und ...in Italien!!....eine vernünftige und saubere Kaffeemaschine.Sinnvoll wäre auch ein WC-Reiniger und Spülmittel. Auf jeden Fall muss es sauber sein d.h. keine Haare von Vorgänger und schmierige Beläge in der Dusche.für so ein schönes Anwesen ist das einfach schade!

Date of stay: July 2012We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit huisje. Met name de buiten-beleving is goed. Het uitzicht over het Gardameer is echt schitterend en het zwembad is prachtig. Het huisje zelf (appartement beneden) is vrij klein; de leefruimte is beperkt. Ook is het vrij gehorig en is er weinig zitruimte op het toilet (alleen onze vierjarige kon met zijn benen vooruit zitten op het toilet). Omdat we echter veelal buiten hebben geleefd, hebben we ons niet gestoord aan de beperkingen van het huisje en vooral genoten van de heerlijke omgeving.
