A picture-perfect location welcomes you to stay in Apecchio. A group of 8 or a family with children can enjoy the stay in 3 spacious bedrooms and relax with a shared swimming pool, private terrace, and barbecue.

There are mountains and fresh air to relax you completely. You can go for trekking with the friendly dogs here. Sounds fun? There's more. Traditional beer is brewed here using organic barley. You might really enjoy the beer and a visit to the brewery. The surrounding forest is ideal to immerse in nature. You can find a beautiful lake at 5 km. Restaurants lie 100 m away and the supermarket can be reached at 5 km.

As you watch the TV in the living room the fireplace keeps you warm. You can enjoy a game of table tennis indoors. Kids will love playing in the garden with the play equipment. The terrace is great to enjoy the barbecue with the family.

The structure also provides the possibility of having massages and SPA treatments on request, such as a full body de-tensioning pranic massage with aromatherapy, foot/hand/ear reflexology, total-detox massage with aromatherapy.

Tips Owner

Try the antipasti already tarfufo, gnochi all'oca, arrosto misto and Chianti wines in the restaurant of the agriturismo! Delicious. Take a look at the brewery in the agriturismo. The brewery produces 4 types of beer: bionda, rossa, ambrata and nera. The homeowner organizes tours in a mini bus to the Renaissance city of Urbino, the medieval city of Gubbio, to the Val Cesano and the Valtiberina. Very interesting tours and the house owner can provide more information on the various possibilities on the spot. Nice to participate!

Prachtige plek, ruim huis, mooi en goed verzorgd zwembad. Heerlijke locatie om tot rust te komen. Wel paar verbeterpunten zoals WiFi en leidingen moeten nagekeken worden (lage druk en lawaai). Wasmachine niet aanwezig.

Je huurt niet het hele huis enkel een verdieping achterstallig onderhoud (stoelen kapot voetbad met douche bij zwembad kapot weinig tot geen bestek en borden badkamer incompleet ) verdieping die we gehuurd hadden heeft een opknapbeurt nodig net zoals het zwembad de moeder en oom en tante van eigenaar zijn vriendelijk eigenaar zelf is er nooit

Mooie ligging. Het huis was ruim, maar wat sober ingericht en donker door de kleine ramen. Dat is geen bezwaar met mooi weer, maar als je binnen moet zitten is het jammer.

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Mooie, ruimtelijke ligging van het huis. De keukenbenodigdheden, met name de pannen, waren niet in al te beste staat. Dat zou het huis echt ten goede komen als hier wat aandacht aan besteed wordt.
