This cozy 2-bedroom holiday home in Umbria is perfect for a group or a family with children. Located in Paciano, this vacation home can comfortably house up to 5 people. There is a shared swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, which is operational from mid of June to August.
Situated close to the forest, this homestay allows you to enjoy a peaceful retreat by taking naturistic walks or go hiking in the woods. The town center and general supplies are at a short distance of 500 m. You can also enjoy a lazy day picnicking at Lake Trasimeno and visit the sea coast, 50 km away.
This well-furnished holiday home also has a shared terrace affording breathtaking views. The central heating keeps the indoor warms, and enough space is provided for parking. You can also enjoy a game of billiard on the property. The host provides a cot and high chair on request and allows a maximum of 1 pet on the premises.

Adjacent to our structure there is a soccer field owned by the municipality that can be booked by the hour, where you can play three times a week in the time slot 16-22
