This farmhouse in the countryside features six comfortable flats and is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Città di Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The rustic atmosphere has been preserved in the restoration of the flats. The furnishings are rustic and cosy.
The flat is on the first floor, reached by an external stone staircase. You have a terrace with a beautiful view. There is another terrace in front of the house. Here you will find an outdoor table and chairs. You will therefore have two terraces where you can relax.
The farm produces and sells excellent olive oil, wine, pasta and honey.
There is a fantastic large swimming pool with a view, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is lit and can therefore also be used in the evening. Oaks and cypresses grow in the garden.
This Etruscan region consists of a beautiful hilly landscape with excellent views and beautiful towns. In addition to enjoying the sauna and swimming pool at the farmhouse, you can make beautiful trips to Città della Pieve, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.

Due to its location you can reach many Umbrian and Tuscan nice towns and cities in less than an hour drive including Perugia, Gubbio, Arezzo, Assisi, Panicale, Paciano, Pienza, Montepulciano, Orvieto, Spoleto, Città di Castello, Spello and Todi. You can enjoy many different activities in and around our countryhouse, for example: ceramic school couse, cooking school course, trekking, biking, stables, hunting, fishing, sailing, golf, tennis, thermal baths, olive's harvest, paraglider, visit of the etruscan museum, wineries, cheese factories and more! Inside the apartment you will find a book with lots of information about the area, helping you to experience your stay.

Date of stay: June 2017Geweldig mooi en ruim appartement in deze agriturismo. Deze is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi en ruim eigen terras met een geweldig uitzicht over de bossen en heuvels. Er is maar één nadeel en dat is de onverharde en erg slechte toegangsweg naar het appartement. Dit is twee kilometer afzien in je auto. De eigenaar weet dit en legde ons uit dat door de langdurige droogte het voor hem niet mogelijk was om hier verbeteringen in aan te brengen. Toekomstige huurders zijn bij deze gewaarschuwd.

Date of stay: August 2016Aankomst prima, goede opvang. Erg slecht wegdek naar het huis toe, we hebben daar onze bumper nog aan beschadigd toen we na een etentje in het donker terugreden en moesten uitwijken voor een tegenligger. Het huisje (il Pino) op zich was piepklein, je zou er met 6 personen moeten kunnen blijven maar met ons 4 volwassenen al krap, met name de patio. Als je naar je voordeur wilde moesten mensen op de patio strak tegen de tafel schuiven, anders kon je er niet langs. Het glas- en vaatwerk was minimaal en stond wiebelig opgestapeld achter gordijntjes onder het aanrecht. Verder was het huis merkwaardig ingedeeld zodat jouw slaapkamers boven de balkons van buren zaten en omgekeerd. Wij zaten vaak heerlijk te kletsen op onze patio waardoor buren die om 10 uur wilden slapen geïrriteerd hun ramen en luiken dichtdeden. Niet zo prettig dus! Er was op het terrein ook een vrijstaand huis, dat hadden we veel liever gehad. Daar was rondom veel ruimte en zat je lekker privé. Il Pino is alleen aan te raden voor gezin met jonge kinderen die op tijd naar bed moeten/willen.

Date of stay: August 2015Uitzicht is prachtig. Je moet wel overal met de auto naar toe, niets te belopen vanaf deze lokatie. Prive-terras voor 5 personen was erg klein. Bij het zwembad zijn de (plastic) ligbedden erg hard. Matras/kussens zou fijn zijn.

Date of stay: July 2015Eerste keer Umbrie, eerste keer Belvilla ons ZEER bevallen. Prima woning, uiterst verzorgd! De 2de dag hadden we een lekkende toilet (waterreservoir) een simpel telefoontje naar de eigenaars en men kwam het de dag zelf nog perfect herstellen. Zeer vriendelijke, hartelijke uitbaters. Zwembad prima in orde. (enkel vermeende bubbelbad was niet aanwezig?) Domein wordt echt elke dag bezocht door de nodige poets/tuinman/vrouw, om alles tiptop in orde te houden. Ligzetels allemaal in orde. Prima locatie, wel afgelegen en donkere lange wegel met verraderlijke stukken. Waardoor je best altijd in het licht toekomt aan het huis. Avondlijke wandeling in dorpje is niet te doen. 's Avonds nog gauw een terrasje meepikken zit er niet in. Maar dit weegt niet op tegen het uitzicht en de locatie. Airco prima! De eerste keer dat zelfs m'n man het geen tijd vond om naar huis terug te keren o)

Date of stay: August 2014Genoten van appartement, uitzicht, rust en alle comfort die er is. Mooi zwembad. Dichtstbijzijnde plaatsen alleen per auto te bereiken. Niets op loopafstand omdat het middenin de heuvels ligt, dus afgelegen. Alleen bereikbaar per onverhard pad van ca. 1,5 km. Mooie oude Etruskische plaatsen in de omgeving.
