The nearest restaurant is only 100 m away from the stay if you wish to dine out sometime. The local supermarket is 5 km from the farmhouse if you run out of your essentials. The town centre is also 5 km away.
A private terrace is in place for you to enjoy a sizzling platter of barbecue with your close ones. Play equipment is provided for the kids to enjoy. The table tennis table can be enjoyed with dear ones. You may bring 3 pets to stay to add more memories to your pleasant holiday. Heating can be rented if required.

Try the antipasti already tarfufo, gnochi all'oca, arrosto misto and Chianti wines in the restaurant of the agriturismo! Delicious. Take a look at the brewery in the agriturismo. The brewery produces 4 types of beer: bionda, rossa, ambrata and nera. The homeowner organizes tours in a mini bus to the Renaissance city of Urbino, the medieval city of Gubbio, to the Val Cesano and the Valtiberina. Very interesting tours and the house owner can provide more information on the various possibilities on the spot. Nice to participate!

Date of stay: July 2022Aankomst was heel prettig geregeld - we kwamen pas laat in de avond aan maar dat was geen probleem en de eigenaar wachtte om ons te kunnen ontvangen. De accomodatie is prachtig, een mooi oud gebouw met dikke muren wat de warmte goed buiten hield. Er is een heerlijk restaurant waar je tegen een prima prijs het menu van de dag kunt krijgen. De accommodatie ligt bovenop een berg/heuvel, met prachtig uitzicht. Het ligt hierdoor wel wat afgelegen en je bent iedere keer 10 minuten onderweg de berg af en naar het dichstbijzijnde dorp. Een broodservice 's ochtends zou wat dat betreft een mooie aanvulling zijn - de eigenaren rijden toch iedere ochtend naar de accommodatie!

Date of stay: August 2019Wat een heerlijkheid. De vriendelijke mensen in Apecchio, zo behulpzaam en goedlachs. Wij zaten in het onderste appartement van het historische gebouw. Alles aanwezig. Warm welkom geheten door Giacomo die ons gelijk van alles op de hoogte bracht. Woensdags wijn proeven, donderdag kookles en vrijdags truffels zoeken met de honden. Heerlijk zwembad en het uitzicht........ geweldig. ‘s Avonds zwemmen onder de sterren. Kortom intens genoten met 2 jonge dochters van 12 en 15 jaar oud! Als alleenstaande moeder voelde ik me daar 100% veilig.

Date of stay: August 2018Mooie autentieke appartementen op een super plek op de berg bij Appechio. Vriendelijke eigenaren en fantastische gastvrijheid. Goed zwembad en op redelijke afstand van bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten.
