This living unit has been converted from the premises used in the past as tool storage and stables for animals. Situated on the ground floor with two independent entrances from the outside, it can be prepared for 2 or 4 guests accommodated in 1 or 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a private porch and shared swimming pool.
It is a cosy farmhouse built in the 19th century with volcanic stone and tufa on the hills of Tuscia, with many activities in the vicinity.Beautiful excursions to Castel d'Asso, San Giovenale, Vulci and the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Rome (the capital is about an hour and a half away). There is a swimming lake about 12 km from the property.

Rustig gelegen, leuk vakantiehuis. Midden in de velden en toch niet te ver van de nodige voorzieningen zoals winkels, restaurants,..... . Leuke infrastructuur en zeer rustige omgeving. Ideaal gelegen om de steden, dorpjes in de buurt te verkennen.
