It is ideal for a family with kids and is recently renovated. You can enjoy stunning view of the valley and surrounding forests with a barbecue.
Experience a beautiful lush green landscape. The lake is a short drive away. Visit nearby places like Umbria and Tuscany. All facilities within your reach. The restaurants at 5 km serve delicious food and the supermarket is at 10 km. The vibrant nightlife at 12 km is perfect to have fun.
It has a charming ambiance with wooden ceiling beams and stone walls. Soak up the morning sun from the furnished garden. Try table tennis or relax in the living room with a double sofa bed. Small dogs are allowed but only upon request and the supplement for animals is 10 € per day. Catering, dinner is possible and to be organised on site.

"Abbazia di Monte Corona" Umbertide is a beautiful abbey with a bell tower, a church and a crypt. The atmosphere at this place is beautiful beyond description. It is special because of its simplicity. Definitely worth a visit. Horse riding Umbria between Monte Tezio e Monte Acuto with an English speaking guide. (Www.centrodiequitazionemarana.it) Umbertide is a pleasant town and a great base for visiting places in the area. In terms of beauty does not inferior to Tuscany. You'll find the real Italy! Umbertide is surrounded by beautiful olive groves and tobacco plantations and is located on the river Tevere.

Date of stay: July 2016Heerlijk rustig gelegen appartement in oud Umbrisch pand. Mooie tuin vol lavendel, rozemarijn en salieplanten met tal van gezellige hoekjes en zitjes. Fijn zwembad met prachtig uitzicht over de Umbrische heuvels. Alleraardigste gastvrouw die zorgt voor broodjes en tal van tips heeft voor lekkere restaurants, wandelingen en excursies. Appartement is stijlvol, landelijk ingericht maar bewust zonder tv etc. Heerlijk! Wij komen hier terug

Date of stay: July 2015 - August 2015We beleefden heel mooie dagen in dit vakantiehuisje. Wat we een minpuntje vonden was dat de ligging niet zo goed beschreven stond, bij het adres wordt nergens vermeld dat het om convento antica ging, en de naam regina weten we ook niet zo goed waar het op sloeg. Een tweede minpuntje was dat er te weinig schaduw is aan het zwembad. Maar dit alles woog niet op tegen de rust en de schoonheid van dit verblijf.
