Description

The accommodation at Residence Lu Nibareddu is available in eight varieties; four different types and in these types the choice of "standard" or "sea view". There are 2-pers. studios (IT-25597, standard and IT-25598, with sea view), 4-pers. apartments with one bedroom (IT-25599, standard and IT-25600, with sea view), 6-pers. apartments with two bedrooms (IT-25601, standard and IT-25602, with sea view) and finally free-standing and ground floor 6-pers. villas with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (IT-25603, standard and IT-25604, with sea view). The studios and apartments are on the ground or the first floor. All variants are well-kept and comfortably furnished and have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Residence Lu Nibareddu is directly by the sea. The studios, apartments and villas as described above are approx. 1.5 km from the beach. Through a walk across the resort, the beach is easy to get to on foot. People who find this too far can use the free shuttle bus (early in June to mid September).

The final clean-up is included in the price. You should, however, leave the kitchen behind clean. If this doesn’t happen, cleaning expenses will be charged (€35).

              Remarks

              The national policy is aimed at minimizing social contacts with others and ensuring (hand) hygiene. At holiday parks the amenities such as entertainment, kids club, swimming pool, wellness and the restaurants may have altered opening hours or might be closed. As soon as it is possible according to government advice, facilities will be opened once again.

              Onze gemaakte reservering was niet goed geplaatst bij het resort waardoor we in 1 week tijd 2x hebben moeten verplaatsen van appartement, dit was nogal een tegenvaller. Hierdoor hebben we een snelle check in gekregen door een medewerker die ons snel naar een kamer toe stuurde. Aangezien de parkmanager op zondag niet aan het werk was, wisten we pas de 2e dag hoe het opgelost werd. Als vergoeding vanuit het resort kregen we eten aangeboden vanuit hun eigen restaurant. Maar aangezien we geen betaalde gast waren, werden we daar ook naar behandeld. De bediening was zeer arrogant. Het neemt niet weg dat het resort een prachtig uitzicht heeft, mooie zwembaden heeft en dichtbij de mooie strandjes van Sardinië ligt. Daarvoor is de plek zeker de moeite waard! Al zouden wij niet meer naar dit resort terug willen wegens onze bovengenoemde slechte ervaring.

              Alles in directe omgeving aanwezig. Accommodatie netjes maar erg basic .Ook terrasmeubilair basic,niet echt comfortabel. Geen airco ,wel een kleine ventilator. Dit is wel een gemis bij het erg warme weer. Niet al te goede wifi ontvangst en alleen bij receptie. Heerlijk strand vlak bij met leuke beachbar. Gezellig restaurant. Lekker zwembadje. Mooie omgeving.

              Einfache und schlichte Ferienwohnung, gerade in Bezug auf die Küchenausstattung verbesserungswürdig. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Traumhafte und sehr ruhige Lage.
