Date of stay: June 2023Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub , Guiseppe war echt sehr freundlich und immer zu erreichen. ? Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Villa. Perfekte Lage zwischen dem Meer und den Hügeln von Molise. Gerne wieder ????? und unsere zwei Vierbeiner hatten sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfach Top , vielen Dank

Date of stay: May 2019 - June 2019Das Haus ist hervorragend für den Urlaub mit Hund geeignet. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt umd man kann in der Nähe spazieren gehen oder die 6,5 km ans Meer fahren. Bis auf ein kleines Stück mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen ist der Strand ein Naturstrand, am dem zumindest Ende Mai fast nichts los ist und an dem man kilometerweit laufen kann. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Leider fehlt eine Geschirrspülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und eine Espressomaschine sind aber vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Er kümmert sich sehr gut und ist bei Problemen gut zu erreichen. Man kann bei ihm Bioolivenöl und Biowein aus eigenem Anbau kaufen. Dass Haus liegt an einer kleiner Landstraße fast in Alleinlage, gegenüber ist ein Olivenwäldchen, hinten liegen Felder. Uns und unseren Hunden hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Date of stay: June 2017Die Anreise war sehr gut organisiert,wir wurden sogar unterwegs noch angerufen,um die GPS Daten des Hauses durchzugeben. Wir wurden sehr nett, dennoch unaufdringlich empfangen, eine feine Geste ist der Korb mit einigen Sachen aus der Region wie Olivenöl, Nudeln und ähnlichem. Im Kühlschrank standen Getränke bereit. Wir reisten mit 2 Deutschen Schäferhunden. Für Hundehalter ist dieses Haus optimal. Es ist sicher eingezäunt, Hunde können sich frei bewegen. und es gibt keine direkt angrenzenden Nachbarn. Die Hunde des Bauernhofes einige Meter dahinter sind nie frei gelaufen. Um das Haus kann man stressfrei Gassi gehen, und da noch Vorsaison war, hatten wir die Hunde auch problemlos mit am Strand. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Pool, Fahrräder, Tischtennisplatte, ein Federballspiel und 2 Fitnessgeräte können genutzt werden. Ansonsten sollte man vielleicht einfach relaxen, an den Strand fahren bzw.viele in maximal 1 Stunde erreichbare Orte besichtigen. Etwas schwierig war es anfangs, weitere Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine zu bekommen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, auch per Whats App bzw. SMS war eine Verständigung - auf Englisch- möglich. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und möchten uns auch bei Belvilla bedanken, wir sind schon mehrere Male mit Ihnen gereist und es hat immer alles gut geklappt bzw. waren die Internetseiten der Häuser immer aussagekräftig und stimmig.
