Resting in the green hills, this is a 2-bedroom farmhouse in Montoro that can host up to 5 persons. You can stay here with your family or friends and enjoy an exotic vacation by the swimming pool in the fresh air.
Walking just 3km, you get to supermarkets and restaurants. Tennis court 13 km. 12 km from the charming town of Narni, where you can visit the "Piazza dei Priori" which was a Roman forum. At 21 km is the charming city of Terni with impressive buildings. Also recommended is the town of Spoleto at 40 km.
The farmhouse is equipped with heating and has a living room with fireplace. On the terrace by the pool, it has a lounge set and dining furniture to enjoy banquets and barbecues. After meals you can take walks in the common garden. Both the terrace and the garden offer ample space for lingering outdoors. For younger guests it is possible to request a cot and a high chair free of charge.

Visit the 'Piazza dei Priori' which used the be a Roman forum. It is recommended to get on the train in Narni and travel further south. Because one hour later you will reach 'Caput Mundi': Rome, the capital of the world (90km). An absolute must and thanks to the easy train connections no need for finding a parking spot! Terni (21km) is an alluring town with impressive buildings. The Italians call this city 'la città degli innamorati'; 'the city of lovers' because of the patron Saint San Valentino. Spoleto (40km) is also recommended. This town has a town wall. The 'festival due mondi' takes place here in June and July; a music, ballet and theatre festival with European and American artists.

Date of stay: August 2023De omgeving is absoluut fantastisch! Je bent volledig omgeven door prachtige natuur. Absolute rust. Prachtige tuin. Groot zwembad. Het water in het zwembad is jammer genoeg erg koud. Het huis: Wij zaten in een appartement voor 5 personen. Er waren 2 slaapkamers: 1 eenpersoonskamer, de andere tweepersoons. Er stond een uittrekbare divan in de keuken. Dit uittrekbare bed is ongeschikt om in te slapen. Wij hebben de matras op de grond moeten leggen om onze tienermeiden toch iets van slaaprust te kunnen gunnen. Vermits ze in de keuken moesten slapen, werden ze dikwijls in hun slaap gestoord, vooral s ochtends. Het bed in de tweepersoonskamer piept enorm. De matras is doorgegeven waardoor we ook maar op de grond hebben geslapen. Door de indeling niet echt een appartement voor 5 personen hoewel er wel voldoende ruimte is. Qua temperatuur: geen airco maar is ok. Huis is koel genoeg. Qua keukenuitrusting: kookpotten zijn aan vervanging toe; er mogen wat meer drinkflazen zijn (nu 6). Geen zout, afwasmiddel, keukenhanddoek of vaatdoek aanwezig. Breng zeker alles zelf mee.

Date of stay: July 2022 - August 2022Prachtige plek. Buiten, zitjes, terrassen en zwembad tiptop. Zeer netjes. Binnen zeer eenvoudig (spartaans) en de bedden te hard. Het is geen echt 5 persoons appartement met de oude bedbank in de woonkamer. Omgeving fantastisch.

Vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar Allesandro en doet alles om iedereen zo vlug mogelijk te helpen als er iets is. de accomodatie was volledig hetzelfde zoals op de foto's te zien is . De streek is zeker bij de mooiste van Italie te rekenen. Voor ons was het een geslaagde vakantie
