Tips Owner
Visit the 'Piazza dei Priori' which used the be a Roman forum. It is recommended to get on the train in Narni and travel further south. Because one hour later you will reach 'Caput Mundi': Rome, the capital of the world (90km). An absolute must and thanks to the easy train connections no need for finding a parking spot! Terni (21km) is an alluring town with impressive buildings. The Italians call this city 'la città degli innamorati'; 'the city of lovers' because of the patron Saint San Valentino. Spoleto (40km) is also recommended. This town has a town wall. The 'festival due mondi' takes place here in June and July; a music, ballet and theatre festival with European and American artists.

Date of stay: August 2017Een echte agritourismo huisje ligt aan het eind van een +- 1,5 landweggetje. Zwembad prima, schoon terras voldoende zitplaatsen voor alle gasten. Er fijne vakantie gehad op de aankomst na verhuurder blijkt ook wel eens (privé-) feestje te geven bij het zwembad, toen wij aankwamen was er een verjaardagsfeestje aan de gang bij het zwembad. Hele terrein stond vol met auto's, er was een DJ aan het spelen en heel veel mensen bij het zwembad, wij konden zelf amper nog in het zwembad. Andere gasten wisten ons snel te vertellen dat hij dit wel vaker in het weekend deed en dat het de rest van de week rustig was maar wel een rare binnenkomer.... Eigenaar is verder aardig en regelmatig aanwezig. Verwacht verder ook niet al te veel van de apparatuur in en rondom de appartementen het zit er wel ik, het werkt, maar op zijn Italiaans, knopjes los, geiser die vanzelf uitgaat en dan niet aan wil enzv. Al met al zeer fijne plek, erg veel rust en een echt vakantie gevoel!

Date of stay: August 2016Het vakantiehuis ligt midden in de heuvels en is ideaal voor wie een rustige vakantie wenst. De appartementen zijn klein en eenvoudig maar alles is aanwezig. Enkel het klein keukenmateriaal is heel basic enkel bestek maar geen extra's (bv. geen dunschiller, pollepel, serveer kommen, etc.) Eigenaar spreekt enkel Italiaans, geen Engels. Zeer mooie tuin met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Tafels en stoelen buiten staan verdeeld over tuin dus zeker afspreken met andere bewoners om ze te gebruiken. Zwembadwater is wel vrij koud.

Date of stay: July 2016 - August 2016Fantastisch gelegen villa in bijzonder rustige omgeving. Verzorgd appartement. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar oa Rome, Orvieto en Spoleto. Correcte en vriendelijke eigenaar.
