At only 3 km from the farmhouse, you have supermarkets to do your groceries and restaurants to eat out. Sports lovers can head to the tennis court at 13 km and enjoy it. The accommodation is 12 km from the attractive town of Narni, where you can visit the 'Piazza dei Priori' which used the be a Roman forum. At 21 km is the alluring town of Terni with impressive buildings. The town of Spoleto at 40 km is also recommended.

Tips Owner

Visit the 'Piazza dei Priori' which used the be a Roman forum. It is recommended to get on the train in Narni and travel further south. Because one hour later you will reach 'Caput Mundi': Rome, the capital of the world (90km). An absolute must and thanks to the easy train connections no need for finding a parking spot! Terni (21km) is an alluring town with impressive buildings. The Italians call this city 'la città degli innamorati'; 'the city of lovers' because of the patron Saint San Valentino. Spoleto (40km) is also recommended. This town has a town wall. The 'festival due mondi' takes place here in June and July; a music, ballet and theatre festival with European and American artists.

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis was erg mooi. Int totaal waren er 5 appartementen, die tijdens ons verblijf allemaal verhuurd waren. Volgens andere reviews zou het huis soms moeilijk te vinden zijn. door het invoeren van de GPS coördinaten reden wij in 1 keer goed. Huis ligt ongeveer 2 kilometer van de hoofdweg af. Hierdoor is het erg rustig in de omgeving. S 'avonds hoor je er niets. Appartement: Het appartement was schoon. Alle basics waren aanwezig, verder was het niet bijzonder. Bedden waren prima. Wij dachten een 4 slaapkamer appartement te hebben geboekt, alleen waren er maar 2 slaapkamers met beide een vide. Op de vide was het eigenlijk te warm om te slapen. Geen Airconditioning aanwezig, ondanks dat het wel vermeld staat op de website. Buiten terrein was heel erg mooi en ruim opgezet. Meerdere plekjes gecreëerd om lekker te ontspannen. Groot zwembad met genoeg ligbedden. Stenen BBQ meermaals gebruikt met veel plezier. Omgeving: Veel kleine stadjes. Voor twee weken is er in de buurt genoeg te doen. Twee dagen naar Rome geweest met de trein. Dit was erg prettig reizen en op een uur afstand. Geen toeristische omgeving, dus bijvoorbeeld geen marktjes of echt nachtleven. Eigenaar spreekt geen Engels. Dit is met communiceren wel erg lastig. Met google translate kom je een heel eind.

De locatie is erg moeilijk te vinden, maar zodra je het gevonden hebt is het een traktatie. Accommodatie was super alles was aanwezig! Zwembad is echt een plus punt. Mooie omgeving, supermarkten op 15 rijden.

Het vakantiehuis, ligt net iets buiten het plaatsje Montoro. Na een onverharde hobbelige weg (ong 2 km) met wat kuilen en stenen, word je beloond met een mooi vakantiehuis een oase van rust en prachtig uitzicht.

prachtig en ruim appartement op de eerste verdieping, bereikbaar via buitentrap, kom je toe op een (gedeeld) terras en zicht op de omgeving. alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. ruime (duplex)slaapkamers, badkamer en eethoek/keuken. een echte zithoek is er niet, maar in de zomer zitten wij altijd buiten of op het terras. goede bereikbaarheid met de trein naar Rome

Het vakantiehuis ligt midden in de heuvels en is ideaal voor wie een rustige vakantie wenst. De appartementen zijn klein en eenvoudig maar alles is aanwezig. Enkel het klein keukenmateriaal is heel basic enkel bestek maar geen extra's (bv. geen dunschiller, pollepel, serveer kommen, etc.) Eigenaar spreekt enkel Italiaans, geen Engels. Zeer mooie tuin met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Tafels en stoelen buiten staan verdeeld over tuin dus zeker afspreken met andere bewoners om ze te gebruiken. Zwembadwater is wel vrij koud.

Fantastisch gelegen villa in bijzonder rustige omgeving. Verzorgd appartement. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar oa Rome, Orvieto en Spoleto. Correcte en vriendelijke eigenaar.
