The beautiful town of Città di Castello and the surrounding region are more beautiful when explored on bicycles. For restaurants, you need to go only 3 km. At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.



The ground-floor holiday home has a private terrace with seating to enjoy reading a book or a cool refreshing drink. In the recreation room, you have a TV and table football game to enjoy. You can also indulge in a game of table tennis here. Evenings are better when everyone gathers around the hot barbecue with a glass of wine. A shared washing machine and bicycles are available here.

Fijn huisje, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ouderwets ingericht maar dat heeft ook charme. Goed bijgehouden Agriturismo met vriendelijke beheerders. Super rustig hier. Je moet wel wat rijden om ergens te komen, de tijd om er te komen is langer dan je zou verwachten gezien de kilometers die je rijd.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Net huisje, ruim, voldoende keukenmateriaal, mooi domein. Zeer afgelegen, ook voor uitstappen ben je lang onderweg. Mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad, te weinig paraplu's en door de constante wind kan je deze niet open laten staan. Misschien een goed idee bomen op het gras naast het zwembad te planten voor schaduw. In Fracasso wel een zeer goed restaurant, La Collina, gesloten op maandag.

Bij aankomst was de beheerder afwezig, maar de sleutel zat op het huisje dus konden wij er in. Mooi uitzicht, wel afgelegen

Eenvoudige inrichting van de huisjes met minimale uitrusting aan keukenspullen, goede bedden. Verder mooi groot zwembad en lekkere tuin met schaduwplekken. Veel mooie plaatsen te zien in de buurt. Nadeel van dit complex is de 5km slingerweg naar Citta di Castello (en de autoweg) maar met name de 3km lange onverharde weg vanaf het huisje. Verder mooie wandeling mogelijk vanaf huisje naar dorpje Fraccano waar een goed restaurant/koffiebar is.

Prachtige plek, ongeveer 10 km van Citta di Castello, dan via een strada bianca bij Fraccano ca. 3 km naar de lokatie. Fijn huis, erg aardige gastvrouw en gastheer, zwembad, speelruimte en tafeltennis. Wij hebben een uitstekende tijd hier gehad, in Fraccano ligt een goed restaurant met koffiebar. Overigens heeft het huis ook fietsen. Wij komen hier zeker terug als we weer naar Umbrie gaan.

Erg leuk huis en ontzettend leuk voor de kinderen. Ze hebben een tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal, darts en voetbalveldje.
