Description

Three-storey house with two apartments, in an elevated and secluded position, surrounded by mountains and forests, 8 km from Pisogne, 700 m above sea level.
The house has a common ground of 7000 m2 with lawn that degrades on a slope, where is housed an above ground pool (6 x 4 meters), and a gazebo. On the ground floor of the house there is a common area with washing machine and bike storage. The apartment has a large balcony with table and chairs from which you can admire a beautiful view of the mountains, woods and lake. The house is situated along the last 8 km uphill road with hairpin turns, running through the mountain offering wonderful views of the lake. The last 100 meters are made up of a steep ramp up, passable by car (pay attention).

The apartment consists of entrance hall, kitchen, living room with two beds, two rooms with a double bed each, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom with tub. WI-FI Internet access up to 500 MB of use.

The lake is best known for its automobile-free island, called Monte Isola. Val Palot (closest location for winter sports) 12 km. The beatiful town of Bergamo 40 km.

          ....het lag wel heeeeeel erg hoog en de rit er naar toe was behoorlijk heftig. Een bergpas die af en toe erg stijl en smal was. Het laatste stuk naar het huis kon onze kleine auto niet aan. Te stijl. Dit stond niet in de omschrijving, klopt dus niet. Je moet op deze plek òf in het huis blijven en genieten van de rust en gedeeltelijk uitzicht (de bomen zijn erg groot geworden waardoor je het meer nauwelijks kunt zien, plaatje klopt dus niet), òf je gaat er op uit maar bent dan een hele dag weg omdat de afstanden groot zijn en de bergpas pittig is. De omgeving van dit gebied is erg mooi. Wandelen is heerlijk maar erg inspannend. Neem de auto mee naar de top, daar kun je starten met verschillende wandelingen, zeer de moeite waard. Het zwembad staat voornamelijk in de schaduw, waardoor het water niet opwarmd en het dus nauwelijks te gebruiken is, groot minpunt.

          Zeer mooi vakantiehuis, verhuurd door een vriendelijke, behulpzame dame. Ook voor kinderen geschikt, want er speelgoed aanwezig, naast een babybed en -stoel. Een minpunt voor sommigen is de locatie: vanaf het stadje Pisogne rij je ongeveer 15 minuten via een zeer kronkelige baan een berg op. De oprit is ook zeer stijl. Je kan dus rekenen op een adembenemend uitzicht en veel rust, maar je moet wel de auto in voor winkels of restaurants. Niettemin een aanrader wat ons betreft.

          Een mooie tocht met vele U-bochten vanaf Pisogne, langs een kerkje met de meest prachtige fresco's omhoog de bergen in. Het laatste deel wandel je naar het huisje. Een echt berghuis met ruime tuin met zwembad en een grote buiten open haard annex bbq. Prettig huis, goede slaapkamers, goede badkamer en dito keuken en genoeg plekken om buiten te eten. De eigenaren zijn zeer lieve en behulpzame mensen. Genoeg te doen in de nabije omgeving. Het bergwater is heerlijk om te drinken.
