Fraaie en zeer compleet ingerichte woning in een hele mooie, rustige en landelijke omgeving. Het terrein is zeer ruim opgezet. Gasten mogen gebruik maken van de moestuin en kunnen hun eigen pizza bakken in de pizzaoven naast het huis. Wie van rust houdt komt hier zeker aan z'n trekken. Er is genoeg te zien en te doen in de omgeving, hoewel je daar wel steeds een stuk voor moet rijden. De Adriatische kust ligt op pakweg 45 minuten. Monte Conero met de kustdorpjes Porto Novo, Sirolo en Numana is echt een aanrader. De eigenaar spreekt Engels, maar laat het onderhoud en de praktische zaken over aan zijn housekeeper Franco die uitsluitend Italiaans spreekt. Daardoor is de communicatie soms wat lastig.

We hebben erg genoten van onze vakantie in deze accommodatie. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk, inclusief een lekkernij van de gastvrouw. De beheerder spreekt alleen Italiaans, wij niet... De villa is zeer smaakvol, met oog voor detail, ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rondom het huis is alles perfect onderhouden. Er is voldoende privacy. De grote tuin, het zwembad, het moestuintje er is niets op aan te merken! We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf in de Le Marche.
