The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.

The centrally heated apartment has a kitchen to cook healthy breakfasts and lavish dinners. The shared swimming pool is in place to enjoy swimming a few laps. You can request for a cot and a high chair for free here. Up to 1 pet is allowed for an additional fee.

Leuke plek en mooie omgeving

Mooie ligging direct aan het Comomeer. Fantastisch uitzicht vanaf het eigen dakterras en een fijne grote gemeenschappelijke tuin met een zwembad voor de kinderen. Het appartement zelf is intern behoorlijk gedateerd en duidelijk toe aan een update. De bedden zijn ‘Spartaans’, erg hard en verre van comfortabel om op te slapen. Het complex zelf kan ook wel wat liefde gebruiken. Voor wie niet al te veel waarde hecht aan comfort en luxe is dit al met al een prima plek om te verblijven als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Ps. het restaurant La Meridian op 150 meter loopafstand vanaf het complex is een aanrader qua authentiek en betaalbaar eten.

Prachtige ligging, zeer ruime appartementen en terrassen. Mooi zwembad. Omgeving met Bellagio, Como en veel bergdorpjes zeer de moeite waard. Wel een auto nodig, op het complex zelf is alleen een eenvoudig restaurant. Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn: er moeten flink wat traptreden genomen worden tussen appartement, parking en het meer/zwembad

Prachtig gelegen, fantastisch uitzicht, zeer ruim terras, mooie plek rond zwembad aan het meer, eenvoudig maar prima restaurant. Appartementen zijn basic maar voldoende ruim en voldoende ingericht. Niet geschikt voor mensen die geen trappen kunnen of willen lopen, al zorgt de lift er voor dat je nooit meer dan 60 treden omboog of omlaag hoeft. Wie vooral veel in de (wijde) omgeving wil doen moet er rekening mee houden dat daarvoor iedere keer de smalle provinciale weg langs het meer moet worden afgelegd. De 12 kilometer naar Como kunnen je bijvoorbeeld bijna een half uur kosten. En Bellagio is niet ver weg, maar reken toch maar zo'n 35 tot 40 minuten.
