The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.

The apartment is furnished in a simple and functional way. It has two single sofa beds in the living room and two bedrooms. You also have a shared swimming pool to cool down on a hot summer day. There is a shared washing machine for daily help. The central eating facility keeps you comfortable indoors.

You can check-in from 4-7 PM and check-out from 9-10 AM.

First of all the people: Very very friendly and cozy. Only positives for this. The environment was also very beautiful. Quite a bit to do, you do need to have a car on hand as virtually nothing is walkable. The reason for a lower rating is the price-quality ratio of the apartment. The apartment was minimalist. A very outdated kitchen with hardly anything to prepare. Beds and furniture were old and rickety. There was also something to be said about the hygiene. There was no air conditioning, which made it unpleasant, especially at night. For the price we had to pay (€ 1,900 for 1 week), we certainly expected something better. In addition, the prices of the restaurant were also not correct in our experience. The price level was even higher than good restaurants in the center of Milan. It wasn't bad, but nothing special either.

Twee weken in het appartement verbleven, het is erg simpel ingericht maar het uitzicht over het meer maakt echt alles goed! Het zwembad is heerlijk met groot gras er omheen en simpele bar waar je een pizza kunt halen en een koude Aperol. Ook vanaf daar loop je zo het Comomeer in wat nog fijner is dan het zwembad. Behalve het zwembad, is het terrein matig onderhouden en weinig opgeleukt, kan wel een verfkwastje en een bloempot gebruiken. Al met al een fijn verblijf met super uitzicht en goede locatie voor dagjes uit, maar beetje aan de prijs wat betreft het appartement zelf.

De aankomst was prima, de omgeving, het uitzicht en de tuin met zwembad, grenzend aan het meer, waren fantastisch. De accommodatie zelf liet te wensen over. Veel achterstallig onderhoud, deur naar het terras ging niet open. Hygiëne liet zeer te wensen over, met name de badkamer. Terras zeer ruim en prachtig uitzicht!

Ankunft unkompliziert, es war alles organisiert. Appartement sauber Betten teils in die Jahre gekommen. Umgebung perfekt tolle Ausblick Außenanlagen gepflegt.

Heel fijne plek, prima appartement. Ontvangst is prettig. Accommodatie is zoals beschreven, sfeervolle omgeving. De matrassen lieten helaas te wensen over, keukeninrichting is niet erg compleet. Heel fijn restaurant aan de overkant van de straat. In het appartement geen last van de drukke weg langs het complex, dit is volledig op het meer gericht. Erg prettige en fijne vakantie doorgebracht bij La Cava.
