This is a 1-bedroom apartment near the tranquil waters of Lake Como in Pognana Lario. There is a balcony with garden furniture, where you can enjoy meals while admiring nature. It provides a comfortable stay for a family or group of 4 persons.

The apartment is situated along a high ridge, which from the main road, descends steeply to Lake Como. With the panoramic lift, you can go down to the shore of the lake, where there is a pool with a pool bar, the tennis courts with synthetic grass, and a large communal garden. Supermarkets are at a walking distance of 0.5 km. For a stroll, the town center of Lake Como is 13 km away.

The apartment is furnished in a simple way and has central heating. You can cook delightful meals in the kitchen. There are two single sofa beds in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom for everyone to sleep comfortably. In the shared swimming pool, you can cool down on a hot summer day.

Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad! Het complex heeft veel achterstallig onderhoud, daar moet snel wat aan gedaan worden. Bedden waren dus ook niet altijd te best. Maar het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar, uitzicht over het hele Como meer, waanzinnig. Dat maakt een hoop goed.

Eenvoudige appartementen, maar prachtige ligging en uitkijk op het Comomeer. Mooie tuin met cipressen en olijfbomen en zwembad.

Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was adembenemend. Het gebouw was echter vervallen en je moest veel stijle trappen af om er te komen. Er was een lift om naar beneden te gaan, maar deze stopte halverwege waardoor je alsnog met de trap moest en om bij deze (gammele) lift te komen moest je over een smal en glibberig pad aan de rand van een afgrond lopen met de koffers. De foto’s op de site zijn zeker geen goede representatie van de werkelijkheid. Het personeel was merendeels aardig en de locatie van het park aan het water was mieters. Overall een twijfelgevalletje, maar voor deze prijs was het zeker te doen.

Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op het Como meer! Wij zouden met de hond gaan maar achteraf blij dat we dat niet gedaan hebben, er zijn heel veel trappen, wat wij voor honden en of kinderen niet zouden aanraden. Het appartement is wel wat gedateerd maar het uitzicht maakt veel goed.
