We werden heel hartelijk onthaald met hapjes en een drankje door onze gastheer en gastvrouw. Het huis oogde gastvrij en was prima gepoetst. Het zwembad en grote tuin lagen er heel netjes en uitnodigend bij. Alle mogelijke keukengerei maar ook ander materiaal zoals wasmachine, koffiemachine, diepvries, extra- koelkast waren prima in orde. Het zwembad was top en lag omringd door een leuke tuin en loungezitjes, prachtig uitzicht op de berghelling op elk moment van de dag. De ruime omgeving was minder uitnodigend, dichtbij de autosnelweg die je op een afstand kan horen. Fabriano centrum ligt een eindje weg en is via een minder aangename weg te bereiken. De bergweg naar het huis is dan weer heel sympathiek en kronkelt naar boven. Het huis bestaat uit een hoofddeel voor 6 personen ( wel een kleine derde slaapkamer ) en een appartement voor 5 dat ook apart kan gehuurd worden. De slaapkamers zijn allen mooi ingericht en helemaal vernieuwd. De structuur van het appartement is wat vreemd met slechts 1 slaapkamer. Er staat nog een tweede huis op het terrein, dat ook een eigen zwembad heeft en 2 slaapkamers telt. Je kan er echter perfect privé logeren.
