Stay in this beautiful detached house in the middle of the estate, which used to be one of the barns of a farm. It is ideal for sun holidays with the family.
Let the children romp in the small playground or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its beautiful medieval centre). These places are within a 5 km radius of the accommodation. Apart from these places, other historical sites such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi are also within easy reach.
The flat is tastefully furnished and equipped with a private lawn on which to start your days relaxing with a snack and a drink. The living room is cosily furnished with characteristic terracaotta tiles and heavy oak beams. The property boasts an authentic feel and also offers access to the shared swimming pool. For a fee of 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness centre, which includes sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and hot tub. The wellness centre is only accessible to guests aged 14 and above.

Date of stay: May 2023 - June 2023Een prachtige plek, we kijken zo een olijfboomgaard in, met een zeer hulpvaardige en attente gastvrouw. Het huisje ademt een lange geschiedenis én is van alle gemakken voorzien. En het ligt aan het Tiberpad, hier vlakbij kun je al aan de oever komen en hem zien en horen stromen. Prachtig dus!

The property is beautiful and well located to visit cities in the neighborhood as well as enjoy some rest at the swimming pool or in the garden. In the garden, there are also some animals like chickens, dogs and a cute little goat. We immediately felt at home. Frederica and her family are very hospitable. Mama Rita is a lovely cook and offers the guests delicious treats and food regularly. They also organised a BBQ, which was highly appreciated by all guests. Yes, we enjoyed our stay in Case Corboli and we'll certainly come back in the future!

Date of stay: June 2016Comfortabel verblijf voor rustzoekers en redelijk centraal gelegen voor het bezoeken van de regio Umbrie. Bijzonder aardige en hulpvaardige eigenaresse en familie. Regelmatig ontvingen wij allerlei eigengemaakte pasta's, taart en wijn. Diverse kruiden en ook aardbeien mogen voor eigen consumptie uit de tuin worden geplukt.
