Recently built (October 2016), the villa features a fresh, well proportioned interior furnished with taste and functionality, that includes a large living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which with en-suite bathroom, and a further bathroom.
All on one level, this cosy house comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher.
Outside the villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, whilst the beautiful private pool is at the rear of the property.
The location of Villa Rita is also ideal for exploring the charming surrounding area. The salt pans, Trapani, Erice, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve are all a few kilometres away.

This villa is the perfect base for those who want to spend a beach holiday in the beautiful Italian island of Sicily. Marsala is located a few kilometers from towns such as Trapani, Erice, Selinunte and Palermo, within easy reach by car or by train from the station which is only 5 km from the house. The center of Marsala is only 6 km, you will find shops for clothes, food and restaurants serving tasty local dishes. Even for the sports enthusiasts a golf course, a tennis court and a horse riding center are within 80 km
