The property is ideal for a group of 5 and features a shared pool right in the centre, which is the liveliest place all day. There’s a furnished and covered garden right next to the pool and surrounding the property where you can relax or have your morning breakfast or a nice BBQ session in the evening. The house is decorated with minimalistic décor to give a homely feel. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds and bathroom with shower. The open kitchen is where you can prepare your own meals. It also offers a living room with TV and view of the sunflower fields from your balcony.

From the A1 Milano - Roma, exit at Firenze-Certosa, take the highway towards Siena and exit at Colle Val d'Elsa Sud, turn right at the roundabout and follow signs for Grosseto-Radicondoli. (NOT follow signs to Casole d'Elsa) At the junction of Gracciano Keep left after the bridge and keep right, still following signs for Grosseto. After about 14 km you will find a service station on the right IP. After few meters turn right towards Radicondoli and follow the signs to the residence Selvatellino always on the right. Proceed to the reception where you will find the number of your apartment while the keys are already 'on the door and the apartment ready for her. Mooie locatie en ruim huis in typisch Toscaanse stijl (appartement Dina). Helaas geen horren. Wij waren met 3 tieners en de WiFi was erg slecht (alleen bij het zwembad bereik). Ook de regels vonden we best streng. Niet in het zwembad springen en geen opblaasmateriaal, tussen 14.00 en 16.00 rust bij het zwembad. Mooie plek voor volwassenen, maar wat minder met tieners.

Ontvangst was netjes. Appartement redelijk. Badkamer wat verouderd en watersloten van de afvoeren werken niet goed (hebben we afgedekt met washandjes). Keuken wat onhandig. Kastjes van geplastificeerd meubelplaat.

Ik was eigenlijk van plan een brief te schrijven maar kan het hier ook wel kwijt. Ons appartement lag op een landgoed welke Querceto heette. Op onze papieren stond Berceto. Het adres wat jullie aangaven wat in de tomtom gezet moest worden klopte ook niet.Wij hebben aan (zes!) italianen de weg gevraagd en geen van allen konden zij ons helpen.Tot de zevende dame op het idee kwam dat de schrijfwijze Berceto niet klopte! Al met al heeft dit ons twee(!) uur zoeken gekost! Dit was een slecht begin van de eerste dag! Terwijl deze schrijfwijze toch te voorkomen moet zijn door jullie! Degene die ons opving gaf aan dat hier al vaker over gecommuniceerd was! De afstanden zijn namelijk op zichzelf al heel groot! Ik denk dat wij 50 km voor niks hebben rondgereden! Dat is niet fijn als je al ruim 1300 km achter je kiezen hebt.

Er is een schaduw en een zonneterras. Lekker dikke muren passen perfect bij het klimaat. Vanaf de plek rijd je binnen een half uur naar Siena, San Gimignano of Montereggione. En de restaurants in de buurt zijn geweldig!
