Situated in Regione Ca' Nova, this holiday home offers a shared sauna, bubble bath, and swimming pool to enjoy. It is an ideal starting point for excursions on the itineraries dedicated to bikers and hikers in the Finalesi Prealps.

The place is ideal to enjoy the hills of the Italian Riviera of Flowers. The coast is one of the most gorgeous. Bagni Ondina beach is among one of the most stunning beaches amongst Finale Ligure Marina. Restaurants at 300 m for a taste of local cuisine, your daily shopping needs can be met from the supermarket at 4 km. The house is the ideal starting point for experiencing all this, immersed in the numerous routes available for walking and/or biking.

There is a fitness room to exercise, and the bathroom has a massage shower to enjoy. A Turkish steam bath is provided for relaxation. Relax on the terrace for a while. Parking is available. Private Garden, patio with solarium and sofas for aperitifs and conversations. The apartment is a single and independent unit with a garden and solarium. Swimming pool and wellness facilities are available on reservations due to Covid.

De Borgo dei Gabbiani ligt echt wel afgelegen. Zo’n 10km heuvel op/af van de eerste fatsoenlijke supermarkt (PAM). De auto “aanbevolen” in de omschrijving is wat ons betreft “noodzakelijk”. In ieder geval om je boodschappen te kunnen halen. Vooral omdat (in het voorseizoen?) de dichtstbijzijnde pizzeria maar 4 dagen geopend is. Er staat in de omschrijving dat het centrum Canova 650m ver is….. wij hebben (behalve het bord) geen Canova gezien. Ook voor het bereiken van de wandelroutes is transport onontbeerlijk. Vanuit de locatie hebben wij er geen gevonden. Ook niet via de wandelapp Komoot. Met auto is de locatie een mooie uitvalsbasis om wandelingen en bezoeken aan lokale authentieke dorpen en centra te bezoeken. Hou rekening met siesta’s van 13:00-16:00 (best lang). Wel goed voor mooie foto’s. Het huisje is, vooral bij slecht weer, niet groot en wij hadden wat moeite met de beschikbare opbergruimtes voor kleding en koffers. In het totaal zijn er 2 grote kledingkasten met 5 deuren. 3 hiervan zijn op slot voor privé gebruik. WiFi is gratis maar wel beperkt! Max 10Gb per week. Omdat de aanwezige televisie slechts 3 Italiaanse zenders kent (soms maar 2 werkend) kunnen wij ons voorstellen dat de 10Gb wel verbruikt wordt. De douche cabine is niet groot. (1x1m) Om daar ook nog een massagedouche in te hangen is, wat ons betreft, niet handig. Je kan er “je kont niet keren” De technische staat van het huis leek ons ook nog niet berekend op ontvangst van toeristen. Er waren nogal wat defecten (al bij oplevering) maar ook gedurende ons verblijf liepen we steeds tegen kapotte dingen aan. Ook was de schoonmaak niet geweldig. Als we dit meldden werd het (meestal) wel vlot hersteld. Maar dit leek ons niet het doel van ons verblijf daar.
