Villa Fiorella is located on a hilltop with a 360 degree view of the green valleys and centuries-old oak forests below.
The villa is 200 years old and has been completely restored in the typical style of Umbrian country houses with wooden beams on the ceiling, terracotta floors and oak parquet flooring. The interiors are spacious and bright, and the rooms are furnished with period furniture.
The villa consists of two floors, the rooms on the upper floor can be reached either by an internal staircase or by the typical external staircase with balcony.
All around the villa is a private park with roses and lawn and a large pergola covered with transparent polycarbonate and climbing plants. At guests' disposal is a swimming pool with a telescopic cover that is closed from 15.05 to 15.06 and from 01.09 to 15.10, allowing prolonged bathing even in the cooler months.
Outdoor tables are also available for delicious dinners in front of a magnificent panorama.
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a small fitness room with a sauna and a bocce court.
The Villa has a strategic position ideal for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian towns in the area such as Orvieto, Assisi and Todi.
The owner lives 200 metres away, in the same property, and occasionally does the necessary maintenance work in the garden.

Date of stay: August 2019Prachtige ligging met mooi uitzicht. Groot en proper zwembad. Extra koelkast aan het zwembad is misschien wel een optie tijdens het warme weer.

Date of stay: June 2019 - July 2019Prachtig huis gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Op kleine 10 min met de wagen van het dorp om brood te kopen, 20 min van de grotere warenhuizen. De huisbazen wonen ook op het domein maar ze gunnen je privé, enkel 's avonds komen ze dichterbij om al de prachtige bloemen en planten water te geven. Ze zijn zeker te vinden voor een gezellige babbel. Ze hebben dit alles zelf gebouwd en je merkt dat hun hart en ziel in het domein zit. Het huis en het zwembad zijn perfect. Ruim, netjes, veilig... Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 6 kinderen (tussen 3 en 8) en we tellen nu al af om volgend jaar zeker terug te gaan...
