Date of stay: August 2023Casale Preoni ist eine sehr schöne Lokalität. Das Haus/ die Ferienwohnung hat historischen Charme. Leider verspricht das Äußere mehr, als das Innere hält. Die Küche ist in einem desolaten Zustand, man öffnet eine Besteckschublade und es riecht streng nach Moder oder sogar nach Schimmel. Der Abzug über dem Herd klebt. Pfannen und Töpfe sind nicht sauber. Im Bad ist es ähnlich schwierig. Deckenventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern funktionieren nicht. Die Schranktüren klemmen. Schade! Der Zugang zum Pool ist streng geregelt, fast durchs Gebüsch, so dass man sich eigentlich nicht willkommen fühlt. Auch das macht den schönen Eindruck zunichte.

Date of stay: July 2021Verzorgd en groot zwembad, rustige ligging, vriendelijke eigenaar. Maar ook wel enkele belangrijke minpunten: in het weekend vrij veel vrienden & familie van de eigenaar op het terrein, zorgt ervoor dat je amper zwembad of tuin kunt gebruiken. Zeer flauwe inrichting van het huis, amper stopcontacten, geen salon voor 4 aanwezig, behalve 2 slechte 1-persoons zetels. Zeer basic keuken. Bedden en matrassen zijn erg slecht, doorlegen matrassen en bodems.
