Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the property also offers a swimming pool, which is shared, and not for exclusive use, but where you can enjoy swimming to your heart's content.
Near the house flows a beautiful stream, along which you can make pleasant walks. In the village of Naro (3 km away), you will find a restaurant and a bar. The land is part of an organic farm of 64 hectares and is located in a protected nature reserve.
This house with two 2 (each with its own entrance) is located a few meters from the main building. There is a lovely veranda that provides a shaded area for relaxing and eating. Upstairs is a sitting room with a fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find a professional kitchen, a dining room, a bedroom with a bathroom en suite and a separate suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Date of stay: July 2021 - August 2021Prachtig huis met fijn groot overdekt terras. Heerlijk zwembad dat elke dag word schoongemaakt. Voor mensen die van rust houden, is dit plekje helemaal geweldig.

Date of stay: July 2021Het is een heerlijk ruim en - op de benedenverdieping - koel (!) huis. Er is een grote keuken die zeer goed voorzien is (leuke mix ook van oud en authentiek interieur en een enorm horeca-aanrecht), een eetkamer, een woonkamer en meerdere slaapkamers, waarvan 1 met een aparte ingang en eigen douche. En een groot overdekt terras, dat voor ons dienst deed als extra woonkamer buiten. Acqualagna is niks bijzonders, maar Piobicco, de andere kant op, is wel heel leuk en ligt in een heel mooi wandelgebied. Het huis ligt vrij hoog, en de weg erheen is niet bijzonder goed; als je denkt dat je er bent is het nog een stuk hoger over een steile kronkelende grindweg. De mevrouw die het huis beheert spreekt geen woord Engels, maar lang leve www.deepl.com via de app, vooral toen de afwasmachine het niet bleek te doen. Ze kwam af en toe eieren brengen en groente uit de moestuin, en - ivm de afwasmachine - een zelfgemaakt worst. Bij de foto's staat dat het strand 5 km verderop is, maar dat is natuurlijk niet zo; zeker 3 kwartier rijden. Wij hadden een fijne week!
