Date of stay: September 2021Mooie, zonnige locatie in Toscane. Leuk geheel met zwembad en afzonderlijk terrasje voor ieder appartement. Niet ver van Siena, San Gimignano en Volterra. Wat extra uitleg bij check-in had welkom geweest. De gastheer is aanwezig van 19u tot 20u, sleutels hingen in een mapje aan de deur. Een kleine infobrochure met praktische uitleg (waar is de wasmachine, hoe zit het met de vuilnisbakken,...) zou handig zijn, maar was er niet. Er was geen internetontvangst in ons appartement. Wanneer we dit meldden, zei de host dat dit niet kon, en probeerde hij het probleem dus ook niet op te lossen. Uiteindelijk dus een week lang zonder internet, 4G-ontvangst is er ook niet optimaal. Voor ons was dat geen grote ramp, maar hou hier dus wel rekening mee als internet belangrijk is.

Date of stay: August 2021I want to make a complaint, but the system does not allow me to do so. Well, I bought an offer described as a ground floor apartment with a (private) terrace. I received an apartment on the first floor without a terrace. The host did not have another apartment and said it was a hotel and you just get some free apartment now. Why are you selling a different product than what is described at the time of sale? I want a refund.

Date of stay: August 2021Had a wonderfull time at Borgo il Villino. Simple appartement with all necessaries available. Lovely pool to cool down on hot days. Francesco the owner is very friendly, and there for help or advice. I would highly recommend staying here to other people, and wouldn't mind getting back here myself someday. Sincerely, Stefan
