This lovely apartment with 3 gallery bedrooms in Terranova Bracciolini is situated 250 m above sea level between Arezzo (42 km) and Florence (54 km) cities. Date of stay: July 2022 - August 2022De locatie is prima als je midden in Toscane wilt zitten en andere steden/dorpjes wilt bezoeken. Arezzo, Florence en Siena liggen op steenworp afstand (auto). Echter, het verblijf is een appartement en niet het hele huis zoals getoond op de foto's van Belvilla. Dit was voor ons echt een teleurstelling, doordat we nu slechts de bovenverdieping hadden van het huis met een zeer beperkte buitenruimte. Het balkonnetje was niet ruim genoeg voor ons gezelschap (9 pers.). Omdat het appartement zeer dicht in de buurt van een paarden manage zit, was er een bovenmatige overlast van ongedierte (zoals muggen en andere insecten). Het zwembad was prima, echter, dit was op een loopafstand van ongeveer 5 minuten van het appartement en we moesten dit delen met kinderen die les hadden van het ponykamp (vakantieperiode). Al met al was het verblijf ok, echter hadden we het prettiger gevonden als vooraf duidelijk was aangegeven dat het niet om het hele huis ging, maar een klein gedeelte van het huis op de getoonde foto's en we dus ook geen gebruik konden maken van het terras.
