Set among the green hills, this is a farmhouse with 2 bedrooms and a paid bubble bath in Gualdo Cattaneo. There is a large shared garden with ample space to linger outdoors. The farmhouse is excellent for a family or a group of 5 persons.
The stay is set on a panoramic area on a hill, with olive and fruit trees around. You can easily visit the cities of Foligno, Assisi, Spoleto, Perugia, and Rome from here. If you don't cook, a restaurant is just next to the farmhouse. The town center with supermarkets rests at 2 km. For a pleasant day out, you can be by the lakeside 5 km away.
The farmhouse has central heating for comfort. There is a shared garden with a swimming pool, playground, and cozy furnishings. The private decked terrace is a great spot to host barbecue evenings with local wine. For recreation, table tennis and table football equipment are present. A children's bed and a high chair are provided on request. Parking is available.
Possibility of breakfast/lunch/dinner at the in-house restaurant with typical Italian and local dishes and tasting of our own red wines and olive oil. In summer it is also possible to dine in the garden under the stars.

In the Agriturismo you will taste the wine "Montefalco Rosso" and "Sagrantino" local products, and you will prove the flagrancy of extra virgin olive juice just. From Agriturismo, with short journeys by car, you can bear to visit the most important centres in the region such as Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto and others. From 14 to 24 June in Bevagna held the "Market Gaite" historical evocation of life in the Middle Ages and development of tavernas where you taste the food kitchen umbra. Other events such as the "Festival of the Two Worlds" held in Spoleto the first two weeks of July, the event "Genius Loci" held in various locations including Gualdo Cattaneo "at the end of July that combines music with the proper wine, and traditional event in Gualdo Cattaneo at the end of August with the historic costume, taverns and music. We can organize trips around and riding in the countryside between the vineyards of " Sagrantino " secular and olive groves.

Date of stay: September 2018Wij werden verwelkomd door Stefano, een zeer aardige man hij liet ons het appartement zien en vertelde wat over het bedrijf, de omgeving en de plaatsen die een bezoek waard waren. De accomodatie was wat ons betreft prima vooral het balkon hebben wij veel gebruikt, mooi uitzicht, heel rustgevend. Klein min punt wat meer documentatie over de omgeving zou fijn zijn. Bijzonder aardige eigenaren, wij hadden een probleem met de auto, zij brachten ons naar een garage waar de auto gemaakt werd. Tot slot je kunt er ook heerlijk eten. Wij hadden er een fantastische tijd.

Date of stay: July 2018 - August 2018Mooie plek in een mooie omgeving. Wel wat stil en saai voor kinderen van 11 en bijna 13 jaar. Het zwembad is goed onderhouden, schoon en goed van temperatuur. In de omgeving zijn leuke dingen te doen, maar houd rekening met behoorlijk wat kilometers om er te komen (Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, de Adriatische kust en Perugia).

Date of stay: August 2013Gastvrije vriendelijke mensen. Fijn dat bij het huren van bedlinnen bij aankomst de bedden zijn opgemaakt. Voor het zelf koken wat keukengerei meenemen want de uitrusting in de keuken is minimaal. Je kan ook gebruik maken van de catering. Voor de koffieliefhebbers er is een echte pruttelpot aanwezig dus misschien een filterhouder ed meenemen.

Date of stay: July 2012We zijn in een erg warme periode in Gualdo Cattaneo geweest en het zwembad was elke dag, na een excursie naar één van de vele prachtige stadjes of steden in de buurt, heel verkoelend. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en boden alle informatie die we vroegen. We konden in hun boomgaard heerlijke rijpe abrikozen plukken en meteen opeten. In het restaurant kun je betaalbaar en uitstekend eten. Vanaf het kleine balkon bij ons appartement hadden we een fantastisch uitzicht op het Umbrische goudgele en groene landschap. Het appartement zelf heeft geen airco en alleen de reclame-tv-zenders werkten.
