Small and pretty, Castiglione del Lago is the main town on the western shore of Lago Trasimeno. At 3 km, you will find the lively town centre with supermarkets and restaurants. You can be there in the evenings to enjoy local culture, streetscape and gastronomy. Top sights in the area include Palazzo della Corgna, Isola Maggiore and Isola Minore.



The centrally heated farmhouse has a private furnished terrace to linger all day long - enjoy the sunshine or have delicious meals. The 2 barbecues are great to enjoy the evenings. Children can entertain themselves on the playground or play table tennis. You may use the available bicycles to explore the region. Parking is available.

We hebben heerlijk genoten van onze vakantie in dit huisje. Heerlijk zwembad wat netjes schoongemaakt wordt. Omgeving ook heel mooi. Zeker als je van rust houdt.

Prachtige ligging. Het appartement is functioneel en praktisch. Wil je luxe dan moet je hiervoor niet kiezen. Buiten daarentegen is erg netjes en ruim opgezet. Het zwembad ligt prachtig, uitkijkend over de heuvels. De eigenaar is zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader voor diegene die op ziek is naar rust, cultuur en natuur!

Good location, friendly hosts, no deposit required only the linen charge at the end, Castiglone del Lago only 10 minutes away, great ice cream and coffee (at the station), Wednesday market day is busy and colourful, good clean pool, good value for money, lovely cycling location Umbrian roads!, property is best described as rustic (mismatched furniture, crockery and cutlery), no modern facilities, showers and toilets are very basic, linen was clean but mismatched
