Luxury and comfort with an eye for detail! A picture to see, even nicer to spend your holiday. This holiday home has been newly realized in a former Zeeland barn. The house has its own special character. Old rafters, robust wooden stairs and men's doors that adorn the entrance provide an industrial and atmospheric style. Nothing is missing in the luxurious open kitchen. Oven, dishwasher, microwave are of course available. The living room offers plenty of space and gives access to the terrace through the patio doors. There is a full bathroom with Sun shower and bath on the ground floor. On the first floor are 2x 2-person bedrooms. There is a separate toilet. Via a split level you reach the 2nd floor where the master bedroom can be found with an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink and a 2-person room with single beds (open bedroom).
The garden is spacious and beautifully situated separated by a large private terrace with comfortable garden furniture and a BBQ. There is ample parking, behind afforestation including a charging station for charging an electric car. Wifi is available free of charge and Chromecast is available to watch your own Netflix, YouTube, etc. The family home is located 1 kilometer from Vrouwenpolder and in the middle of the polder. The second terrace provides wonderful shelter to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. This house can be combined with Lepelstraat 18A, creating a large holiday home for 15 people. There is a shared washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron to use.
Vrouwenpolder is a pleasant family seaside resort, on the beach and borders two beautiful nature reserves between Domburg and Vrouwenpolder: the Manteling (740 ha), a wide strip of land with dunes and forests and the Oranjezon dune area (400 ha.).
Specifics: If you are staying with a baby (0-3 years), the tourist tax will be paid on the spot.

Date of stay: September 2020De aankomst was prima. We kregen op voorhand een telefoontje dat we eventueel vroeger mochten inchecken. Mevrouw stond ons reeds op te wachten. Het huis was zeer mooi en proper, alles wat we nodig hadden was er, zelfs een welkomstmand was aanwezig met een flesje wijn, koekjes, verse eitjes enz... Het was er heerlijk fietsen!

Date of stay: May 2019bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door een lieve dame die ons de nodige informatie gaf over het huisje. De woning was netjes, mooi ingericht zonder overtollige versierselen. Gelegen in een rustige, groene omgeving.

Date of stay: April 2019Eine sehr schöne und modernisierte Ferienwohnung mit tollem Charme und Urlaubsatmosphäre. Der Zustand war Top und die Sauberkeit einwandfrei! Schöne Außenanlage zum entspannen. Grill war vor Ort und wurde genutzt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, genau wie der Rest des Hauses. Der Empfang durch die Besitzer war sehr freundlich und es gab auch eine kleine Einführung ins Haus. Wir würden bedenkenlos wieder buchen und können es nur empfehlen! P.S. Einzig und allein die nervige Hofkatze und den freilaufende Schäferhund haben wir als persönlich störend bzw. unwohl empfunden. Wir sind allerdings auch keine Tierhalter und somit war die Situation für uns irgendwie befremdlich.

Date of stay: September 2018Sehr schicke Unterkunft, mit Liebe gemacht. Alte Scheune stilvoll umgebaut. Hochwertige Küche, Grill, TV, Wlan, 2 Duschen, Wanne - alles was man im Urlaub so braucht. Schöner Strand ist Oostkapelle und Vrouwenpolder. Super nettes Städtchen Middelburg in der Nähe. Essen im Hexenkessel in Vrouwenpolder sehr zu empfehlen.
