                      Spaubeek is een rustig dorp met heel vriendelijke inwoners. De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen. Spaubeek is ook een centraal gelegen punt voor uitstapjes naar het zuiden, de Maasvlakte of de Brunssumerheide. Het appartement zelf is ons minder bevallen. Krapper dan het lijkt op de foto's. Donker en met niet één comfortabele stoel. De afwerking is matig, loszittende en deels ontbrekende plinten. De tuin is een grindpad. Het tuinmeubilair bestaat uit een houten bank, idem op het dakterrasje. Beide douches liepen binnen 5 min over. De kraan in de keuken zat los (zelf gerepareerd). Enz. enz. Een flinke "to do lijst", veel is nog on-af. Meer opgepimpt dan opgeknapt, lastig schoon te houden. Geen vaatwasser, geen eigen parkeergelegenheid. Maar.. wel weer prima bedden en vriendelijk contact.
