Description

This holiday home is located on the edge of De Cocksdorp, a few minutes from the beach. At this beautiful location, surrounded by nature, you can be on the beach within minutes. A stone's throw away you will find the dunes, the forest and shops or restaurants. From the villa you have a direct connection to various walking and cycling routes.

You will lack nothing in this villa. All villas have a luxurious open kitchen, inside and outside a decorative fireplace and three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom. The villas are equipped with a sauna. From your terrace you have a beautiful view over the vast Krimbos.

The island of Texel offers many cycling and hiking trails. The bicycle is pre-eminently the means of transport for this holiday. All sights, activities and villages with terraces and shops are a short distance from each other. Take the children to the Caluna swimming paradise or to the seals in Ecomare. Don't forget to stop along the way in Den Burg and De Koog for a delicious drink or dinner on one of the many terraces. For hikers, the nature reserve "de Slufter" is highly recommended. One of the most unique hiking experiences on the island has to be a guided mudflat hike. Don't miss it and book a holiday on this fantastic island!

Wij hebben echt genoten van het mooie verblijf. Wij zouden er willen blijven wonen/kopen. Wij hebben nog een paar tips: er waren geen haken in de badkamers om er spullen op te hangen. De dekbedden waren wel dik dit mogen wel zomerdekbedden zijn/worden. De badkamer beneden kon niet ‘s avonds worden gebruikt want het brandalarm ging daardoor twee keer af. Dit was wel schrikken om elf uur ‘s avonds. Het was een mooi luxe huis en ook het terras was fijn om te vertoeven met fijne stoelen. Compliment voor de inrichting en de mooie badkamers. Ik hoop dat iedereen die er gebruik van gaat maken net zo zuinig op de mooie spullen zijn als dat wij hebben gedaan. Misschien nog een tip als jullie een bubbelbad plaatsen om daar een drain ervoor te maken zodat het water wat er over heen gaat erin kan weglopen. Ik zou wel nieuwe huisjes willen testen lijkt mij erg leuk en dan tips willen geven. Ook zou ik wel op de hoogte willen worden gehouden als er nieuwe huisjes te huur zijn. Wij hebben al vaker via jullie gehuurd. Dus wij zijn tevreden.

Gloednieuw vakantiehuis met bijzonder veel comfort in de nabijheid van De Cocksdorp met een goede supermarkt en enkele leuke restaurants. Het huisje heeft een mooie keuken, 3 comfortabele slaapkamers met uitstekende eenpersoonsbedden. Het sanitair is van uitstekende kwaliteit. Verwarmd met warmtepomp. Gekoeld met airco's. Voldoende warm water. Douche loopt slecht af en wordt een waterballet. Prachtige omgeving met zeer veel fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. Gezellige plaatsjes.
