The seawall borders the front gardens and this makes the location of the houses unique! The villages of Paesens-Moddergat, an authentic twin village with a lot of fishing history, are located right on the UNESCO World Heritage Site of The Wadden Sea. Behind the Waddenzeedijk you can walk beautifully and the Wadloopcentrum is around the corner.

During the renovation, the characteristic elements have been preserved and nothing has changed on the outside. The atmosphere and nostalgia of the past, in combination with the conveniences and comfort of today. »Wad'n geluk« – Eine Perle! Was vor unserer Anreise ein großes Rätselraten ausgelöst hatte, war die Frage, ob es einen Kühlschrank gibt – und damit gleich die Antwort: Natürlich gibt es einen! Ganz vorn in der Küchenzeile. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet, sehr angenehm und modern eingerichtet – und absolut sauber! Sobald es in diesen unsicheren Zeiten möglich ist, kommen wir wieder! Paesens-Moddegat ist ansich schon eine Reise wert. Fast jedes Haus dort ist eine kleine Perle und die Umgebung ist zauberhaft. Man kann dort endlos Fahrrad fahren oder spazieren. Die Kühlschrank-Kommunikation von Belvilla-Portal war absolut unbefriedigend. Diesen Chat kann man vergessen. Mit der Vermieterin lief es, nachdem wir den Kontakt hatten, super gut.
