This luxurious 6-person holiday villa is located only 500 meters from the beach, surrounded by a forest garden of over 4000 m2. Enjoy the privacy, the chirping of the birds and the jumping bunnies while lying in the hammock. Warm up after a long walk by the wood-burning stove. In the summer you can enjoy a BBQ on the garden fireplace. You can also use the herb garden for cooking. The villa was built with care in 2020 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first spacious bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) is located on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom. On the upper floor you will find the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and the other room with two single (90 x 200) beds. There is a washing machine and dryer available. There are also two separate toilets, located on the ground floor and upper floor. There is an ergonomic workplace with a high-low desk and desk chair on the first floor. This way you can also work from home here. There is a very spacious kitchen located in the living-dining room and a comfortable sitting area with a television with a Netflix subscription. The open kitchen is well equipped and has a large induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender. A stair gate is available for families with children. A high chair and cot are available on request. There are plenty of games available and there is a children's table with chairs in the sitting area. The spacious plot offers a play paradise for children. This holiday home has three private parking spaces and you can easily walk from the house with your towel under your arm to the beach for a refreshing dip. Details: The TV has a wide range of channels and the house has recently had fiber optic so you are guaranteed a good WiFi connection.
