This cozy tiny house is located in the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding, surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk.

This nice, pleasant tiny house is finished with lots of wood and features a clever layout; small is beautiful! You will have lots of comforts but no unnecessary luxury; a wonderful stay for four people. The living room offers a TV and a nice pellet stove. This immediately provides a homely atmosphere. The open kitchenette includes a microwave. Via a relatively steep staircase in the living room, you will reach the two sleeping lofts with a double bed or two single beds. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside you'll have a furnished terrace at your disposal. Not all tiny houses have a coverd terrace. Together with the other tiny houses, the tiny house is located in a courtyard with shared facilities like lounge sofas and various hammocks. You park your car near the tiny house.

At Resort De Zanding, various holiday homes, chalets, villas and tiny houses can be booked for two to twenty people.

Resort De Zanding is a holiday park in development. This means that (construction) work can take place in parts of the holiday park. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

De verwachtingen waren anders. De Hoofdfoto wijkt af voor wat je krijgt. Na contact opgenomen te hebben konden ze hier niet veel aan veranderen. Daarnaast lag er een vies fleecekleed en lagen er nagels op de bank. De receptie is hiervoor ingelicht en het kon schoon gemaakt worden. Prima maar ik heb het gevoel dat de woning niet gecheckt is van te voren. Er zijn nog wat verbeterpunten. De omgeving is prima en park ziet er verder netjes uit.

Tiny house voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen, gekozen was voor huisje met veranda, speciaal nog voor gebeld, inrichting kon afwijken, maar veranda en toebehoren waren aanwezig. helaas! Misleidende reclame is hier zeker op zijn plaats, gaan het ook zo als klacht melden. Positief, inrichting was netjes, wel sober, maar dat is smaak.
