Description

This luxurious, detached villa is located in the brand-new (2021) Resort on the Maas, on a side branch of the river with the same name, near Kerkdriel.

The villa covers two floors and is modern and comfortably furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with TV and a complete open kitchen including a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and in the hall, there is a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are four more bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Outside you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.

Resort aan de Maas is a resort under development. So work can take place. We do our utmost to restrict possible inconvenience as much as possible.

Wij verbleven met een gezin van 10 personen in één van de mooie villa's. Het huis heeft 5 slaapkamers met 4 badkamers wat wij echt een pluspunt vonden. Het is een mooi park en de villa was zeer schoon bij aankomst. Het park ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Kerkdriel maar met de auto ben je ook zo in het centrum van Den Bosch. Wij hebben genoten van ons weekendje weg en gaan kijken of we van de zomer terug kunnen komen zodat we ook gebruik kunnen maken van het strandje dat voor de villa's ligt en kunnen zwemmen in de Maas.

Huisje was mooi netjes. Service van t Parc was slecht en voelde me niet welkom. Begon al bij aankomst waarbij ik extra moest betalen voor bedlinnen terwijl ik voor mijn aankomst al hierover contact had gemaakt via de chat. De medewerker gaf toen aan dat alle bedden al bedlinnen hadden en ik hiervoor al heb betaald. Dit heb ik ook bij de receptie aangegeven als nog moet ik €50, bij betalen. Eenmaal bij het huisje aangenomen was er al genoeg bedlinnen. Toen ik terug ging na de receptie werd er in eerste instantie gezegd dat ik geen geld kon terugkrijgen en hierover contact moest opnemen met Belvilla. Ik ging hier natuurlijk niet mee akkoord uiteindelijk werd er besloten dat ik mijn IBAN kon noteren en het bedrag binnen 10 werkdagen teruggestort zal worden. Ben benieuwd

Nieuw park, mooi opgezet, huis is ruim en op zich mooi maar erg slecht schoongemaakt. Ook buiten (terras, meubels en muren) vies. Meteen gemeld. Er wordt een compensatie geregeld zegt men. Goed opgepakt.
