The ground floor features a cozy bedroom for 2 people, conveniently adjacent to a bathroom equipped with a shower and sink. A separate toilet is also accessible from the hall for added convenience.

Five large windows and expansive patio doors bathe the space in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.
