This spacious and comfortable holiday home is thoughtfully furnished, offering all the conveniences for a relaxing stay. It features a private driveway with ample parking and a large, enclosed garden surrounding the house, perfect for soaking up the sun. The partly covered terrace adds a cozy spot for outdoor lounging. The top floor is air-conditioned, and a detached storage room is available for garden chairs and bicycles. The functional bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin, ensuring comfort for every guest.
The holiday home is designed for socializing and comfort, featuring a living room with a dining area, a cozy fireplace, a flat-screen TV with 65 channels, and a DVD player. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, and coffee machines (Nespresso and filter). A separate utility room includes a washing machine and dryer for added convenience. With laminate flooring and central heating throughout, the property is suitable for year-round stays.
Ideal for families, the house offers three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and two upstairs with air conditioning.
