Résidence Wijngaerde is located in the centre of charming Domburg, just 200 metres from the beach. The selection has been greatly expanded. A total of five roomy variants have been added, including four 4-person apartments: a variant with a kitchen island and bar area (NL-5251), a comfort apartment with a kitchen island and bar area (NL-5109), a spacious apartment (127 m) with a roof terrace and loungers (NL-5110) and finally a spacious wellness apartment (127 m) with a kitchen island and bar area, infrared sauna and roof terrace (NL-4357-32). There is also a 6-person variant: a spacious apartment (144 m) with a kitchen island and bar area (NL-5112). All the apartments boast a spacious and modern interior design. All the kitchens (most with a kitchen island) have a combination microwave as well as a dishwasher. There is air conditioning in the living room. The bedrooms contain comfortable box spring beds. There are two bathrooms (except for NL-5251, which has one bathroom), one of which has a bathtub and the other a shower. For apartments with an infrared sauna, the sauna will be located in one of the bathrooms. There is also a separate utility space with a washing machine and dryer. The beds will be made on your arrival. To top it all off, there is a balcony with garden furniture. There is one parking space in the garage for each apartment. There are several pet-friendly apartments. However, this does not mean that the other apartments are automatically pet-free.

Date of stay: July 2017Accommodatie was echt TOP! De auto kun je onderin de parkeergarage kwijt en heb je eigenlijk niet meer nodig. Alles zit in de buurt (loopafstand). Strand, supermarkt, bakker en vooral heerlijke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Voor elk wat wils. Willen zeker terug.

(Matratzen sind durchgelegen) Erwähnenswert ist die ideale Lage, Größe und zeitgemäße Ausstattung der Wohnung und der schnelle und zuverlässige Houseservice.

Date of stay: October 2016Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und dennoch zentral in der kleinen gemütlichen Stadt gelegen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. sind binnen einer Minute fusdläuufig zu erreichen. Auch zum sehr schönen Strand ist es nicht weiter. Das Appartement ist sehr schön u hochwertig. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern ist zudem, dass man die Einrichtungen wie Schwimmbad, Spielplätze etc. vom nahe gelegenen ferienpark (5 Minuten zu Fuß ) kostenlos mitbenutzen kann. Was uns allerdings sehr gestört hat ist die Ausstattung des Luxus Appartements - die Möbel hatten nämlich mit Luxus so gar nichts zu tun und waren eher zweckmäßig, spärlich u zum Teil ungemütlich. Die Coach zum Beispiel wirkte wie eine Sitzgelegenheit die eigentlich für den Garten gedacht ist. Mein Fazit top Lage, sehr hochwertiges Appartement aber aufgrund der Ausstattung schlechtes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Bei einem Luxuspreis habe ich eine andere Vorstellung.

Date of stay: July 2016Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Appartment, leider kann man die Fenster in den Schlafräumen nicht öffnen. Wir haben deshalb schlecht geschlafen, keine frische Luft und die Belüftungsanlage war sehr laut, man hatte nachts das Gefühl neben einem Maschinenraum zu schlafen.

Die Feinheiten der Innenausstattung lassen zu wünschen übrig, z.B. fehlende Wandhaken in Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer, zu kleiner Kleiderschrank, keine Kissen auf Sofa, keine Auflagen für Balkonstühle. Außer nackte Möbel nichts vorhanden. Die Aufteilung Bad/Gästetoilette wurde schlecht gelöst. Die Gästetoilette hätte ohne Probleme eine Dusche bekommen können und das Badezimmer einen Toilettentopf. Eine für 4 Personen angelegte Wohnung würde dadurch viel angenehmer werden. In der Anweisung zum Haus wurde keine Aussage zum Kunststoff- und Glasmüll getroffen, lediglich zum Restmüll.

Date of stay: August 2015The apartment was stylish and reasonably quiet. For two people it is a little pricey but for four perfectly acceptable. The underground car park was extremely convenient and secure. Cleanliness could have been better and we reported this to the reception directly. Also the drain was blocked in the shower, which we again reported to the reception and they took care of it quite quickly. This shouldn't have been the case in a luxury apartment. It was sad to see how the apartment had been knocked around. The balcony was very big but not very private. A lack of cushions on the seats and sunbeds didn't really make sitting on the balcony comfortable. The smell of the bins around the corner was also not very pleasant. Whilst we enjoyed staying in the apartment and may well stay there again there is definitely room for improvement.
