Date of stay: November 2023- The pictures are misleading; the couch was replaced with a small 2-seater, and the apartment underwent renovations, which, subjectively, were not for the better. - The toilet flush barely worked, and the bathroom had a persistent smell of urine due to water not reaching the front part. - The dishwasher emitted a sewage-like odor after use, and I spent two days searching for the source. - The heating and hot water failed; I received quick assistance after encountering a random employee in the area (after walking around for half an hour). However, the issue recurred 30 minutes later, and despite attempts to contact, calls and emails went unanswered. No one was present in the office during regular office hours. - An email response arrived four days later after multiple attempts, indicating that the proper channel for complaints is through Belvilla, as they are the landlords. No information was provided on whether or when they plan to address the reported defects. - Subjectively questionable design choices: - The grey table was repainted in blue, and the blue paint job is of poor quality, peeling off. - The roof slope above the head side of the bed has very rough plaster, posing a risk of injuring one's knuckles if there's movement during sleep. - Striking plates with sharp edges protrude over the door frame, posing a risk of injury. - Black stains on the shower wall were present, and their nature was uncertain and concerning. Despite these issues, I still categorize the experience as "bad" (rather than "very bad") because I believe it is possible for others to have a good time there, even though we did certainly not.

Date of stay: April 2021Vossehoeck 1 is een zeer mooi vakantieverblijf. Ook de andere verblijven op dit park zien er fantastisch uit. Geen standaard huisjes zoals op vele andere vakantieparken. Dicht bij het centrum en het strand. Voor herhaling vatbaar....komen zeker terug!!!

Stroom viel meerdere dagen uit, ook hier steeds goed naar oplossing gezocht (maar bij vertrek nog niet gevonden). Date of stay: March 2015Het zou fijn zijn als er gebruiksaanwijzingen zouden zijn van tv en vaatwasser. Vooral omdat er een briefje bij tv ligt over het riskeren van een boete als je de instellingen verandert... Verder is de koelkast veel te koud , zelfs op stand twee bevriest vleeswaren en groente . De kraan van de keuken maakt herrie. Aan Zee Vakantiehuizen, april '15 De opmerkingen zijn aan de eigenaar ter verbetering doorgegeven.

Date of stay: September 2014Vossehoeck ist ein sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Feriendomizil. Am besten ist man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, dann erschließt sich die schöne Landschaft. Kilometerlange Standstrände, alle paar hundert Meter ein Strandcafes. Meerblick gibt es in NL selten, dafür sieht man vom Meer aus zum Glück auch nur Dünen. prima.

Date of stay: July 2009Het was een heerlijk huisje met een afgeschermde tuin, een klein nadeel was dat eind van de middag geen zon mee in de tuin scheen. Verder een prima huis en ontvangst.
