These luxury, detached, 12-person holiday homes at the Poort Van Amsterdam Resort are all located along the water and are available in two different layouts.
The first type is called the Westertoren (NL-7327). This is built in a style typical of the area and features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The Geschakelde Munt type (NL-7334) consists of two holiday homes of the Munt type (NL-7323). The homes are connected to each other by a soundproof door in the living room. This means you will, in fact, have access to two fully furnished homes (two kitchens, two living rooms, etc.). It is perfect if you are going on vacation with two families, but still want some privacy. The ground floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On both of the first floors (which are not connected to each other), there are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
All houses are furnished in a modern and comfortable manner. They contain a luxury kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds. There is a lovely garden with a terrace and garden furniture as well as parking spaces for three cars at each home.
At the Poort Van Amsterdam Resort, there are also has 6-person and 8-person holiday homes for rent. Would you rather book an apartment? This is also possible; there are apartments for 4 and 8 people.

Date of stay: November 2021Huis was bij aankomst smerig, vloeren, toiletten, 1 wastafel verstopt, 1 matras heel vies..1 laken totaal gescheurd.. Bij melding receptie wel keurig opgelost. Technische dienst kwam direct langs en schoonmaakkosten worden geretourneerd.

Date of stay: August 2021Prima omgeving met voldoende faciliteiten. Minpuntje was de kwaliteit van de schoonmaak van het verblijf en een aantal waren defect. Op klachten van defecte zaken werd adequaat gereageerd.

Date of stay: July 2020Aankomst was goed. Accommodatie een grote vieze bende. Grond erg smerig. Of afwas in de vaatwasser waar de schimmel op zat. De wc’s ik durfde er nog geen eens op te gaan zitten zo smerig.

Date of stay: December 2019Unterkunft recht gut, aber viele Flecken an den Wänden. Außenanlage ist reparaturbedürftig: viele unebene Pflastersteine und Terrassenplatten sorgen für Stolperfallen. Die Treppen sind für nicht mehr so mobile Senioren sowie für kleine Kinder völlig ungeeignet!!

Date of stay: May 2019Enkele tips naar aanleiding van ons verblijf afgelopen weekend haakjes in de badkamers om spullen op te hangen, gastenboek in het huis leggen met daarin de handleidingen van bijv. koffiezetapparaat, magnetron en informatie over activiteiten in de buurt. In het restaurant kan niet met een buitenlandse credit card betaald worden. Te gek voor woorden omdat in ons gezelschap familie uit Ierland aanwezig was. Overal op de wereld kan met deze credit cards betaald worden. Tot slot nog een tip om in de mail wisseling vooraf aan te geven dat het koffiezetapparaat alleen met bonen gevoed kan worden.

Date of stay: August 2018 - September 2018Prachtig park en ideaal huisje voor twee families of vrienden, de tuin is mooi gelegen aan het water en de huisjes zijn verbonden met een deur. Het huis zit alleen wel snel vol met insecten en spinnen.

Date of stay: August 2017Dieses Doppelhaus ist durch das Vorhandensein der Verbindungstür ideal für 2 befreundete Familien! DDie Einrichtung ist sehr schön. Geschirr und Besteck könnte in größerer Zahl vorhanden sein. In nur 30 Minuten ist man mitten in Amsterdam. Egal ob Sightseeing, Baden in der Nordsee oder das Genießen der schönen Natur auf dem Programm steht Alles ist möglich! Einen Nachteil gibt es jedoch die vielen, vielen Spinnen! Hier wäre es gut, vor allen Fenstern ein Vlies anzubringen, damit man lüften kann, ohne hinterher 20 Spinnen im Zimmer zu haben! Sollten wir noch einmal dort Urlaub machen, werden wir uns vorsichtshalber damit eindecken! Denn ansonsten kann man dort einen perfekten Urlaub verbringen!

Date of stay: March 2017Mooie rustige omgeving, park is voor ongeveer 60 procent klaar, overige 40 procent volgt zo rond september/oktober. Vriendelijke receptie, mooi zwembad maar zal in het hoog seizoen te klein zijn. Binnen 15 minuten in Volendam en Amsterdam. Huisjes zijn subliem, veelal aan het water.
