Description

This modern villa in Óbidos has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. It features a fantastic private pool as well as 2 children's pools.

The villa is located on the Bom Sucesso golf resort, equipped with a football pitch (free use), gym (free use), golf course (18 holes), 4 tennis courts, a padel court, some shops and a restaurant. Bom Sucesso is located in a beautiful natural area just 7 km from Praia d'el Rey beach and 9 km from Bom Sucesso beach. It lies on a beautiful lagoon (with lovely beach!) with the lovely town of Foz de Arelho (16 km) across the road.

This detached villa is a feat of architecture! It is almost entirely made of glass. All windows are sliding doors which makes the house nice and bright and pleasant. The villa is divided into 2 parts with a patio in the middle. The part on the side of the spacious patio and pool consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other side, via a few steps, you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The furnishings are very modern.

Enjoy being able to live in an excellent architectural work, designed by one of the most prestigious Portuguese architects. The house is located in an urbanization with golf and security 24 hours, whose houses are designed by renowned English, Spanish and Portuguese architects, with the idea of low density that respects nature, enjoyment of the environment and rest, comes to the vicinity of the Obidos Lagoon. Its privileged location to know the Costa de la Plata, its beautiful beaches, the medieval city, Peniche and its surf, an excursion to the Berlengas Islands, (nature reserve). Lisbon is only 45 minutes away. The raids to the north, Nazaré, beautiful and well-preserved fishing village, and current place of the best surf. The gastronomy is excellent especially in fish and seafood, as well as the famous pastries of Portugal. And enjoy the long, quiet pool back home

Geen warm water ( pas na 5 minuten laten lopen van de kraan). Afvoer verstopt. Ligstoelen kapot. Komt onaangekondigd meneer binnenwandelen in de villa om zwembad schoon te maken. Zeer slechte communicatie. Tuin zit er niet uit. Dit wordt niet op de foto’s getoond. Loop bij aankomst samen met de gastvrouw goed door de villa. Anders wordt je achteraf verantwoordelijk gesteld voor schade die al aanwezig was.

Wonderful House with great swimming pool. Kitchen is well equipped, everything was cleaned perfectly. Sunny from morning to evening. No restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you have to drive around 15 minutes.

Heerlijk huis! Heel veel licht en schuifdeuren, waardoor je het terras kan betrekken bij de woonkamer en keuken. Huis van alle gemakken voorzien en gevoel van luxe. Ook fijn dat de slaapkamers niet direct aan de keuken zit (voor de geluiden). Wij dachten last te hebben van 'maar 4 ligbedjes' maar er is ook een tuinset aanwezig met plek voor 4. Zwembad is niet verwarmd, maar tijdens ons verblijf een heerlijke temperatuur om af te koelen. Mooi onderhouden Resort en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zou dit zeker aanbevelen.

Prachtige villa in een rustige omgeving. Golf resort is deels niet afgebouwd, wat een desolate indruk geeft. Maar villa zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien, op een bbq na. Je hebt zeker een auto nodig om naar omliggende plaatsen te rijden.

Fantastisch huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Enige nadeel is dat er te weinig ligstoelen een buitenzitmogelijkheden zijn. Dat is voor 4 personen terwijl huis geschikt is voor 8 personen. Ook een BBQ zou wel fijn zijn

Die Villa war ein Traum. Top ausgestattet (Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bäder, Pool, WLAN, usw) alles sehr gut. Die Villa liegt im Resort Bom Sucesso, das etwas abseits liegt. Zudem sind einigen Villen auf dem Ressort noch nicht fertiggestellt bzw. das Geld wird ausgegangen sein. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten, zum nächst größeren Supermarkt ca. 20 Minuten. Restaurants sind auch ca. 15- 20 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lagune von Obidos ist traumhaft schön, Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Waarschijnlijk het mooiste huis waarin ik ooit verbleef. Vier slaapkamers, drie badkamers, dressings, ruime woonkamer, eetkamer. Erg grote keuken. Terras van 30 meter breed, moderne architectuur, zwembad van 15 op 4 meter en nog twee plonsbadjes ernaast. Superrustig gelegen. In golfclubhuis bar en prijs/kwaliteit prima restaurant, op paar honderd meter van het huis. Prachtige stranden op 10 minuten rijden, enorme manege op paar minuten rijden. Ontvangst bij aankomst was heel vriendelijk, maar Spaanse dame sprak niet zo goed Engels. Rest van communicatie gevoerd met eigenares en daarmee verliepen conversaties vlot en in Engels. Samengevat: fantastisch huis, super faciliteiten en prachtige omgeving. Een absolute aanrader!

Prachtige, moderne villa op een golf-resort, welk je 100% privacy garandeert. Naar architectuur en functionaliteit toe willen er meteen gaan wonen -), maar dan zouden we er wel een verwarmd zwembad van maken, want nu vergde het steeds veel moed om er in te duiken ! Anderzijds dien je wel minstens een half uur rijden om naar een locatie te gaan (São Martinho do Porto, Peniche, Obidos, ...), waar enige horeca of bezienswaardigheden zijn.

Aankomst was prima, afspraken waren duidelijk en stipt. Mooi huis met alles op en aan, prachtig. Heel mooie omgeving en ideale locatie om van daaruit te vertrekken naar andere bezienswaardigheden, steden of dorpen in de geburen. Wel in het bezit zijn van auto.

Accommodatie was bij aankomst net zo mooi als op de foto's. Omgeving was echter uitgestorven. Kan zijn dat we in voorseizoen zaten (eind mei begin juni), maar daar leek het niet op. Het park is mooi onderhouden, golfbaan is prachtig, speeltuin is groot echter park zelf is verlaten en zijn nogal wat huisjes onafgebouwd. Let op dat de dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt op ruim 25 minuten rijden ligt! Het is een vrij verlaten en uitgestorven gebied, dus ook de leuke restaurantjes etc is erg ver vanaf het huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien zoals goede wifi, zwembaden werden tijdens ons verblijf schoongemaakt. Goede grote slaapkamers en ruime badkamers. Let wel dat er geen staande douche is, die moet je in bad vasthouden. Keuken is voorzien van allerlei handige spullen, de kookplaat is wel wat verouderd.
