The villa is 7 km away from the beautiful beaches of La Marina, and the beaches of Guardamar and La Mata are also close by. The highlight of these beaches is that they are wide with clean sand and are lined with unique pine tree forests. This house is set in a quiet area and has several shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Should you want to stock in supplies at home, you will find them only 550 m away from the villa, just like the town centre of La Marina. away.

Built in 2005, it is located in a residential area and offers complete privacy. The house is equipped with solar panels. A carport is with space for 2 cars is also available. In the street there are colored containers to put the different waste streams in.

Het huis is fantastisch. Noem het en het is aanwezig in het huis. We hadden een probleem met de zwembad pomp maar dat is keurig opgelost. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Een heerlijk ruim huis voorzien van alle faciliteiten, goede bedden. Fijn contact met de beheerders, snelle reactie via de whatsapp en bij ontvangst en vertrek. Een aanrader om met je gezin om meer mensen te verblijven!

Het huis netjes, maar wel gedateerd. Het kan wat ons betreft een verjongingskuur gebruiken. De beplanting in de tuin is keurig verzorgd (netjes gesnoeid) en het zwembad werd tijdens ons verblijf twee keer schoongemaakt. De verbeterpunten die wij zien, zijn: - Buitendouche was zwart uitgeslagen (schimmelvorming). - Verlichting afzuigkap werkt niet - Een aantal lichtschakelaars was kapot en de schakelaars komen niet overeen met wat er op schakelaars staat aangegeven. - Sloten op aantal schuiframen werken niet - Voegen in terras bij zwembad kapot - Scheuren in rand van zwembad - Hekwerk kan een schilderbeurt gebruiken - Afstandbediening van ventilator werkte niet omdat batterijen geoxideerd waren - Thermostaatknop douche op eerste etage werkt niet. - Er was slecht schoongemaakt: zo was het aanrecht afgenomen met een vieze doek en waren de terrassen niet schoongemaakt (zowel op begane grond als op eerste etage). - Bij aankomst was er helemaal geen toiletpapier aanwezig. Niet echt handig want het bleek een nationale feestdag in Spanje te zijn, waarop bijna alle winkels dicht waren. Hopelijk is onze feedback nuttig voor de verhuurder.

Een prachtig huis dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met de familie. Rustige omgeving, maar een internationale supermarkt op 3 min rijden van de woning of 5 min met de elektrische fiets die aanwezig is in de woning.
