Well maintained detached villa with an excellent interior. The house is located in the residential area of Aiguaviva Park near Lloret de Mar. The fully enclosed garden has lush vegetation of all kinds of trees, nice shrubs and cheerful, colorful plants. All this beauty also includes a lovely private swimming pool with outdoor shower. The ground floor consists of a living room with access to the pool terrace, a fully fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor is a living-dining room, an equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the terrace you have a view over the neighborhood and the hills.
Groups with young people are not accepted. Animals are allowed on request.
This villa is a perfect base for nice trips: for example the lively Lloret de Mar (8 km) with a lovely sandy beach, vibrant nightlife but also interesting cultural heritage. Or the cozy Tossa de Mar (18 km) with its winding streets and historic castle. Barcelona (81 km) certainly does not need any explanation and is actually a must during your holiday.

Date of stay: July 2022 - August 2022Foto’s op site bedriegen , zeker geen woning met voorzieningen voor 11 pers.kookplaten in beide keukens niet samen te gebruiken wegens stroomuitval. Niks van meubilair in slaapkamers. Zeer veel blaffende honden in omgeving , BBQ laat ook den wensen over. Eigenlijk een huisje om nooit meer terug te gaan.

Date of stay: June 2015Wij hebben tijdens onze vakantie in Spanje dit huis geboekt. De info van Topic Travel is onvolledig. Je moet ter plaatse voor de sleutel bij een plaatselijke agent melden. Geen adres of telefoonnummer in de info. Het huis ligt fantastisch en heeft een prima zwembad. Echter totaal geen schaduw alleen een kleine parasol. Geen horren en elke avond dus op muggenjacht. Geen airco dus je moet wel de ramen openhouden, dus muggen. De hele nacht vervolgens onafgebroken geblaf van de honden van de buren. Een huis om nooit te vergeten.

Date of stay: August 2011 - September 2011Dat is natuurlijk al een jaar geleden maar we hebben er goede herinneringen aan over gehouden. Een heerlijk huis met een goed zwembad. Het huis staat buiten de toeristische drukte maar wel met 10 min. met de auto aan de zee in Lloret de Mar. Maar wil je wat anders zien dan de zee, is het binnenland ook prachtig om te verkennen. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de huiseigenaar. Een leuke vakantie geweest.
